I broke my heel several weeks ago. There was no way i could go for eight weeks without vacuuming. Couldn’t vacuum on crutches so I go this little I robot to vacuum for me. It does get the job don’t but it operates under its own system. You must not have stuff on the floor and you can’t have cords on the floor, or it doesn’t work well. It has a mind of its own so and although you set it to do one configuration it will wander into the next room leaving one room half done. It gets stuck in the same places so if it gets lost you can check those places. I usually put it in a room and close the door. That helps getting a room fully swept. I do love it. I couldn’t have handled eight weeks without vacuuming. You can turn it on at night or when you aren’t home. That way you stay out of it’s ways while it is working

I have hardwood floors and two large dogs. The vacuum portion worked effectively in the beginning but the two circular sweeping mechanisms on the the bottom of the unit began to get twisted and broken. The mopping function never worked effectively, it would leave streaks and did not provide full coverage. The pad on the bottom began immediately to fray and roll up. The app utilized to program the unit is a general application that covers multiple andbrands, you have to pay for an account and I was never able to actually get it to work. And now it doesn't charge at all, so there is that.

Overall, this is a good little robot vacuum. It tends to get stuck in different areas each time it vacuums, like on the edge of certain rugs and the lip of where the fireplace and hardwood floors meet. One day, it goes over them easily, and then the next day, it gets stuck. Since I'm not always home when it's running, it will get stuck on a spot and not finish the house. I try to run it when someone is going to be home to help when it gets stuck! When I am around to help, the vacuum runs great, and it picks up all the stuff (hair, dust, food) that is desperately needed in our home with 3 kids.

1) We are in a rural community on a dirt road with a gravel driveway & 3 large dogs running in & out, so there’s a lot of dust & dirt. 2) Robo vac is used only in the front room (24’x24’) 3) I bought it on sale after Christmas for $160 (reg price was $720) Pros: A) it does a good job (not great) of vacuuming B) it’s does a decent job of mopping C) saves me about 7-10 hours per week D) returns to charger automatically at end of 90 min Cons: A)dirt canister is small (3x5x2) so needs to be emptied during runtime B)filter needs cleaning after each use (I keep extra) C) it gets hung up easily w/furniture/rugs D) Only runs for 90 minutes which is adequate for just this room. Then has to recharge for five hours b4 continuing to vacuum or mop. E) The mop canister is small. Needs at least one refill & mop pad rinsed during the 90 min runtime F) it runs over my rugs when mopping G) No auto dump at the HOME station (manually have to remove the dirt canister to dump) In summary, my purchase price of $160 made it a decent buy for me. It’s fine for daily use. If expecting company tho, I will sweep & mop manually to get a better clean. If I’d paid full price of $720, I’d have returned by now (totally not worth it to me).

I tried this vacuum for the first time today. It was easy to setup and use. I have only used the remote and dry vacuum feature so far. The bin was full when I emptied it after it went around my first floor. It picked up dust, dirt and dog hair. I’m very happy with my purchase. This will keep my floors cleaner between when I vacuum. One of my dogs sheds year round, so I’m excited to have help. The vacuum was able to make it over the thresholds between rooms and area rugs. It also fit under my end tables and cabinets. I forgot to make a comment but another review. The reviewer mentioned that the vacuum doesn’t return to the charger. I have read the directions and have found that it will return to the charger if you use the Auto cleaning option. You need to press the middle button at the top of the remote. This somehow works perfectly for me even though it doesn’t use the area markers like a Roomba. I’m not sure how but it works, even after it seems like it is stuck under the dining room table.

I'm so glad that I bit the bullet and bought this vacuum-mop robot. It's been a huge help in our family four, that includes a toddler. It really is incredibly efficient and does an excellent job cleaning the floor. My only criticism is we have been unable to find replacement filter covers.

Update: this company sent another NON working device and want me to continue attempting to pair defective devices. They will not take them back or return my money. I now have 2 brand new non working devices. They said they were returning $100 of my $200 dollars and havent and amazon isnt doing anything to help a long time customer. Im done with all of yall because thisbis something I have wanted for a long time and finally was able to purchase and was taken advantage of. I would like to share a picture but everytime Ibtake a Picture everything that i typed disappears including the picture. Do Not waste your money shopping with these people they have absolutely no common sense or business sense. J em sent an email with info to contact the seller when I click on the link it takes me back to Amazon. No seller info to contact. I attempted twice to do a review with a picture, each time I take the picture it doesn't upload and it takes me back to a different page. I spoke with 4 representatives today the other supervisor Rain just hung up on me when I couldn't understand what he was saying. I am extremely disappointed in Amazon customer service and this defe time vacuum robot. It has never been used. I ve paid 3 different people to come to my home to get it working. We've done all of the trouble shooting tips and discovered that it is defective as well as the remote. The batteries didn't make the remote work so I put in another set of brand new batteries. I've spent countless hours and additional monies to get it set up only to realize that the equipment is defective.
