I saw nothing wrong with this cleaner. I returned it only because the unit will be working in a fairly dusty environment with pet hair. After seeing this unit, I just felt the dirty dust holding capacity was too small for our application. (I would say fine for normal house cleaning.) This Means I would have to dump the canister after each use. 😞
