Love the product. As others have mentioned already, there is a fishy taste and smell to it, but its easily masked by adding a splash of fruit juice to it. It dissolves pretty well for the most part but leaves a few very small chewie chunks at the bottom of your glass if i use a spoon to stir only. But its all drinkable and most to all does dissolve so its ok. I do feel more energized and fed after drinking this. I've even noticed my chronic IBS has dissipate a lot! I'm not running to the bathroom ten seconds after every meal. So I'm a thousand percent overly impressed and a believer. I've never experienced immediate reaction or relief from any supplement before so this is life changing for me. I'm gonna try this with intermittent fasting and see what kind of results I'll get from this. I have diabetes, IBS, high blood pressure, and hypothyroidism as well as slight obesity. So no better person to experiment with than myself. Lets see! Will update. To be continued! 11/12/18 P.S. only gave 4 stars because they used usps to deliver my order which should've arrived Wednesday, but because usps suck and never left me a notice they had come, which i don't believe they ever did because i was home all day, i didn't become aware till 3 days later on my own looking searching my delivery status on Amazon. This is a health benefit supplement. Comes in a large tub with 300+ servings, and I've only been using it a week mixed in with my smoothie. I hope to reap the benefits that one should expect from spirulina, but for now it is too soon to know, maybe in another 3 months of regular use I should have an idea. At that time, I stop using it for a week and see if I notice any difference.
