Love love love it! I got this for extra support because the wood slats felt like I was gonna brake them every time I moved! Super easy installation of course and it adds a little height to the bed so that's a plus for me.

This item made both sides of our old Ikea tubular metal double bed comfortable again. I jad been kind of rolling off the edge before placing it under the mattress. Now I feel like Im lying flat instead on on s slop. Simple but effective product. I bought the double bed size. The item has a wood frame all around each of the two sides. What can I say? It's a foldable Bunkie board that comes in two parts that each fold. I got the queen sized version to put on a metal platform bed because I needed something solid underneath the mattress to be able to put a shake-a-wake vibrator alarm underneath. It works, I'm happy with it.

I’ve had the bunkie support on a California King mattress with a pillow top mattress on top of the bunkie. After a few weeks, I’m feeling the wood slats. I’m going to rotate soon. I think there should be less space between the slats. But, if you use the bunkie actually under the mattress as opposed to my pillow top approach, this may not be an issue for you. I like the new support, but it has limitations depending on your use. Update 04/24 I have removed it from my bed. I have been having massive sciatica and foot numbness. I decided to sleep without this item. I am improving each day since getting off it. I suspect Bunkie bruises muscles and tissues Leading to inflammation and nerve impingement. The design is all wrong. The gap between the wood slats is too much. I believe my body couldn’t cope with the slat spacing. The two units I got for my King are sitting on the road waiting for bulk trash. It’s a shame. If they reduced spacing to no more then 1/2 inch per slat, it would still be transportable and helpful. ... show more
