The media could not be loaded. Wow! the adjustable weight bench is fantastic. There are many different types of adjustments you can do for all the different types of workouts. I love that its very easy to fold up and put away so it not taking up lots of space when not in use. The padding on this is thick and not thin and cheap like other weight benches. It was comfortable for me to do the various exercises. I am excited to keep using this! Features - Foldable design so when your not using it you can easily fold it up and put it away so it not taking up a lot room. This is a plus especially if you have a small setup for your workouts. Looks/Material - I like the look of this weight bench, to me it looks like quality and feels like quality. The metal is high quality steel and the welding points that I see on it are good. The adjustments are on the backrest and the teeth are deep so you know it will not break or give way on you. The cushion thick yet it is soft when laying down or sitting and I felt comfortable, not like some benches when its like laying down on a steel bar. Its made out of a type of leather (maybe faux leather)so its very easy to wipe down and clean when needed. Assembly - The instruction were very straight forward and easy to read. When setting this up it took me maybe about 15 minutes to complete. You don't need any tools as you will only need the provided wrench that comes with it. Thumbs up! Sturdiness - This bench is very sturdy and feel solid. When I am laying down or sitting I don't feel like its going to break. It says it can hold up to 660lb's and I believe it! you can feel it when you use it. Adjustability - The bench is adjustable as you can move the back plate to any angle you need from 90 degrees to 215 degrees. The front pad is excellent for bicep curls and I like the extra width on it and you can adjust to 3 different angles which I love. Exercises - You can do various exercises such as bicep curls, bench press, incline bench press, sit-ups, stretches, triceps, reverse sit-ups and so much more! ... show more

2 problems I had with this bench. First, I received someone else's return. I found washers, bolts, and a bent piece that I had to bend back into shape. Second, in the description it indicated that you are able to do leg curls...not the case. Legs Curls are for your hamstrings which you must be face down on the bench and curl the weights toward your behind. Unable to do it. If I am doing something wrong, ease let me know. The only exercise you can do for legs is leg extensions...big difference. The metal seems thin and cheap...what do you expect from China. The only reason why I purchased this is because it had a high rating and I was looking for something that was foldable. Not mention it indicated leg Curls. Someone needs to correct the description. That is it for now, I will be back with a follow up to see how long this lasts. ... show more

This is an initial review after one use. I am five feet ten inches tall and weigh 160 pounds. This is a compact bench, but it is fine for my size. The unit looks good, parts fit together very well and function as they should. I was surprised that the steel tubing was so thin, but for a unit that you want to fold and move around I guess it has to be light weight. After all, it is only rated for a total of 330 pounds. The leg extension attachment is fairly useless because it won't hold much weight. The preacher bench is very narrow, but I can do two arm curls with a narrow grip; wish it were a bit wider, but it works. All in all if what is advertised is what you want, it is a good foldable bench. ... show more

Is good bench all except there is no way to do leg curls on the upgraded version without giving yourself a rectal exam or hurting your knees. Everything else is great.

This was easy to assemble. The resistence bands have no resistence and I'm going to try to upgrade. The leg and foot padding is pretty thin but it's still fine. I'm happy with it as a beginner (which I am) bench
