My honest opinion, this product tastes awful. I’ve tried water, almond milk, adding a little sweetener, etc. If swamp water had a flavor, this would be it. The 1st day I drank it, it tasted horrific. Had this after taste that was reminiscent of vomit. I could barely stand it. I prefer to drink it mixed in water versus adding it to a meal or a smoothie. It mixed perfect for me because I put it in my Ninja bullet for a hot second & then transferred it into my glass. If I didn't have a Bullet I would use my frother, you can order one right here on Amazon, it works well too. Now, after that 1st day & second day the flavor isn't bad at all. Guess my taste buds was broken in at that point. I will not order this product again because it doesn't specify how much of each ingredient is in the mix. I would be interested in knowing the breakdown of that. How much Barley Grass? How much Wheatgrass? How much Spirulina? etc. What if it's 75% Coconut Milk Powder & just a smidge of the Spirulina & Moringa those two ingredients were the main reasons I bought this product & saw the rest of the ingredients as an added benefits. Someone else made that comment in regard to the Mushroom mix they sell. It doesn't give a breakdown on how much of each Mushroom is in the mix. Also, it has Organic Stevia Extract, I didn't realize that upon ordering it & I would have not ordered it if I would have thoroughly done my research prior to ordering. In conclusion, I will look for another company to order my herbs from. This company seems a little shady. I will finish the bag though & at 1 Tablespoon a day, I'll have it for months to come I'm sure. It also has a California Prop 65 Warning.

Hard to measure benefits, but one has to take a lot of these food supplements in good faith that they are as represented. Based upon flavor, I'd say this product probably contains the ingredients as listed; meaning it doesn't taste as good as a competitive product and takes less per serving.
