I offer my highest recommendation of the ZGrills Multitasker 7052B Wood Pellet Smoker. At first, on the ZGrills site, I gave the ZPG 7052B a 4 Star review, because one screw anchor was set a little deep, and I had to use a longer screw to thread in, and because the ZGrills 3.0 APP was still in development (not yet debugged… so I moved to the ZGrills APP 2.0, which worked perfectly). Make sure you use Z Grills APP v.2.0, until v.3.0 is ready to use. After my 2nd Smoke on the ZGrills Multitasker 7052B, I’ve moved my rating to 5 Star. Why? 1). DELICIOUS FLAVORS. SMOKE. EASE OF USE. My first smoke was a whole Chicken. It was juicy, tender (smoked to 165 F internal), the skin was crisp (I started with Super Smoke mode, moved to 250 deg, and raised temp to 400 deg F when internal temp reached 150 F). The sweet woodfire smoke flavor that permeated this tender, juicy chicken was brilliant. My second smoke was Big Beef ‘Dino’ Ribs. I began with an hour of Super Smoke mode at 160 deg F, and then moved to 250 deg F. Big Beef Ribs were melt in your mouth juicy & tender, with a crisp, dark bark, and delicious woodfire smoke flavor on each and every bite. These Big Beef Ribs were awesome! This past weekend, I used my Z Grills 7052B Multitasker to smoke russet potatoes, mixed vegetables in butter, and Pork Tomahawk Rib Chops. WOW. The woodfire smoke permeated the Pork Tomahawk Rib Chops yielding delicious flavor with a tasty bark. The Z Grills smoke added tasty woodfire smoke flavor to the mixed vegetables and to the russet potatoes too. The WiFi ZGrills APP 2.0 made these smokes EZ to do, yielding tasty wood smoked flavors with a set-it-and-forget-it wood pellet smoker. 2). WiFi I was able to easily connect the ZGrills APP 2.0 to my 2.4 GHz WiFi. The ZGrills APP doesn’t auto-save passwords to your Apple Password file. Make sure you remember your password and enter it manually into your I-Cloud/I-Phone/I-Pad Password file. The WiFi APP (v2.0) worked perfectly. I was able to adjust the ZGrills Multitasker 7052B temperature easily, and I was able to watch the internal temp, via probes, of the Big Beef Ribs via the ZGrills APP v.2.0. This enabled set it and forget it smoking, with an alarm telling me when my Big Beef Ribs had reached 203 deg F. 3). SERVICE & SUPPORT ZGrills Support Staff have replied to my E-Mail questions within 24 hours during business days. ZGrills Support Staff have returned my telephone calls within 24 hours during business days. I have been impressed with ZGrills Tech Support Team. 4). GREAT PELLET SMOKER The ZGrills Multitasker 7052B is EZ to assemble (45 min). The double wall construction seems to reduce wood pellet demand, while helping to maintain a constant smoking temp. The SuperSmoke function periodically dumps a larger amount of wood pellets at lower temps (160 - 250 deg F), yielding voluminous plumes of smoke for sweet wood fire flavors. I found the materials, design, construction of the ZGrills Multitasker 7052B to be high quality, sturdy. Finally, the ZGrills Multitasker 7052B is EZ to clean (IF you wrap aluminum foil around the top of the drip tray). I can put my top & bottom grills in my dishwasher. You remove the drip tray, toss the aluminum foil. Remove the burn pot baffle. Use a shop vac to vacuum ash. Empty the grease trap tray & wash out. Reassemble. Maybe spray a little veggie oil and wipe down. I am quite pleased with my ZGrills Multitasker 7052B, with the support provided by their Technical Staff, and, especially with the delicious wood fire smoked flavors that the ZGrills imparts to what I cook.

I bought this as an upgrade from my old master built smoker and as a replacement for my Webber grill. This grill smokes and grills great. So easy to set up(would recommend 2 people as it is not light due to the quality of materials). The settings and digital controls as very easy to use and I love the super smoke setting. The only thing that needs improvement is the app is just not good at all, but honestly you don’t need to use it all that much anyways Highly recommend for those that want more bang for their buck than overpaying for a Tregger or other name brands.
