Easy to operate and assemble. The inner warming rack is too low to grate. Very difficult to flip burgers and meat when in the back of grill. Also needs someplace to hang grill tools. I purchased a couple magnet hooks which work great for this. They can be moved around for several good out of the way locations. (PS: I have retired my Traeger Tailgater grill)

Haven’t done a cook yet, but putting this together was simple and the material seems very sturdy, good value! I will update after a few cooks! Update: new PID controller really works well with maintaining temperature, I’m currently smoking a Butt and it’s 33 degrees outside with wind. I added a gasket to the lid to help keep smoke and heat in which really works well.

This company is a fraud. The 8 in 1 claims are total false advertising as this thing won’t even leave grill marks on high. Very cheaply made. As you can see, th paint started peeling off after just the initial cook-off at 400 recommended by the manufacturer. I thought I was up a creek but Amazon was amazing and let me disassemble and return it even though I didn’t have the original box. I went and bought a pit boss on sale for $30 more than this sad little grill and shipped this POS back in the Pit Boss box😂. Thank you to Amazon for making an awful experience right!

We purchased this grill in February 2025 and have used it quite a bit. It smokes ok and is easy to operate. It's a little cheaply made especially the cover/lid, it's quite thin and not heavy enough to keep the smoke in. Overall, I would rate the actual grill a 7 out of 10 The cover it came with is really bad, in the 3 months of ownership it has totally faded to almost grey instead of being black, we have a inexpensive cover for our other grill that we bought from Amazon over a year ago and it still looks like new. The Z Grill cover I would rate it a 3 out of 10 Customer service lacks, and they don't stand behind their product. I will not purchase another Z Grill, unless the customer service and product warranty is better. Not worth the money.
