I take only 1 about 30 min before bed as part of my routine for the last 3 months. I fall asleep and sleep great. Doesnt make you tired. Just makes it easier to sleeo. Bo grogginess like melatonin does.

Functionality: The product seems to work as described on Amazon. I only took one capsule at night instead of the full recommended dosage (two capsules a day), so I didn’t follow the instructions exactly. I felt a slight headache the next day, but I’m not sure if that was mental or related to the supplement. Quality and materials: The capsules are vegetarian and appear to be high quality. The container is sturdy and well-made. Design: The packaging is modern, easy to open, and convenient to store. It’s also hygienic and easy to maintain. User experience: So far, the experience has been neutral. I haven’t seen major changes in my stress levels, but I also didn’t experience any strong side effects. I’d like to continue using it for a longer period to truly evaluate its effectiveness. Value for the price: I think the price is fair considering the ingredient (KSM-66 Ashwagandha), which has a good reputation. However, I’ll need more time using it to say if it’s worth the investment. These do everything they promise – they do calm you down, help you get to sleep, and review of your anxiety. I don’t know if they are strong enough to do all of this during the day but they are great to take at night.
