Used for incline/decline DB & bar presses, to compliment calisthenics-centered workouts (Pushups, Pull-ups etc.) STABLE with 2 x 50LB DB, and 120LB bar presses, body weight 190LBs. Wouldn’t use bench for over 400Lb combined weight. GAP between seat rest & backrest is 2.25 inches. Could cause potential discomfort in flat bench mode. Have dedicated flat bench so not used for flat bench. HEADREST provides great neck/head support for incline & decline presses. Low headrest position perfect @ 6ft, 2in w/long torso. Headrest didn’t line up straight with backrest out of box. There are two 5mm hex screws on back to adjust angle. LEG SUPPORT isn’t straight, projects out at noticeable angle. Leg Support welded at noticeable angle onto mounting bracket. Inquired to manufacturer about replacement Leg Support. Will update review later with that info. BACK SUPPORT doesn’t seat true when placed in saw-tooth slots. Slight angle, can see daylight between support rod & saw-tooth slots on left side. Does level out and seat completely with load bearing. Can live with that. FINAL THOUGHTS: Assembly easy & straight forward with supplied manual. Great adjustable mid-weight bench for home workouts. Good for incline & decline, but flat bench gap uncomfortable. Footrest nice leg support for decline work, don’t use otherwise. Seat, backrest & headrest material & padding nice quality. Adjustable headrest feature must-have for taller people. Folding feature great for those with limited space. QC ISSUES - improperly welded Leg Support. Back Support doesn’t seat completely on left side saw-tooth slots until load-bearing applied. UPDATE: Reached out to YOLEO CS about crooked Leg Support. They promptly sent me a replacement support that arrived in 2 weeks. ... show more

Love this bench! It’s what I needed for my little space! It was easy to put together and is easy to adjust and move around room. It was less expensive than a used one at the local sports shop and more like what I needed. When I started using it I weighed just under 300 pounds and am 5’8” tall and this bench supported my weight and was still comfortable to use. I find it very safe for my use. ... show more

I wanted something simple that had some adjustability to get back into weights with that doesn't take up a ton of space and this nailed it. Two things that sold it for me was the max weight (remember, your body weight plus the weights you're lifting) and the feet. Most other benches don't have as wide of feet at this price range and made my nervous with stability - I picked this bench because of the wide stance. The bench cushioning is comfortable. The bench was easy to assemble thanks to clear instructions and well-organized parts. It adjusts smoothly with six incline positions, one flat, one upright, and two decline options, plus a seat that aligns with the decline settings. I like the separate extendable headrest, which can also be removed if not needed. Compared to the standard Tonal bench, this one sits a bit higher, so users should take care not to bump the Tonal touch screen when positioning it. The bench feels sturdy overall, though it does creak slightly—which may just be the tradeoff of an adjustable design. The padding on the seat, back, and headrest is comparable in comfort to the Tonal bench, making it a reasonable choice for incline, decline, and upright exercises. ... show more
