Good quality bench! Installation has been easy following the simple six steps on manual. All screws match exactly with the pre-drilled holes, making the installation very smooth. It took the two of us half an hour to set it up. Materials of the parts are sturdy and weighted, making the whole bench sturdy and reliable. Easy to assemble. Sturdy bench compared to the cheaper models that are on the market. Spending a few extra dollars is well worth the investment. The wheels make it simple to maneuver, and it is the perfect size. The red powder coating is also nicely done.

I appreciate when furniture and equipment is easy to assemble, particularly when its meant to withstand a great deal of weight. I'm very intimidated by details, i'm always worried i'll miss a little screw somewhere and the whole thing will fall apart with me on it. Thankfully, the Yoleo bench comes mostly assembled. One needs only to put apply three pieces; 2 pins and a bolt for the leg brace. Everything was very heavy and sturdy, though the bench was still light enough for me to carry to my garage without issue. I feel genuinely safe using the bench, it can support a massive amount of weight and stress. I have never felt more safe sitting on something I put together out-of-the-box by myself. It is also incredibly stable. Although it looks very narrow and light, it is extremely well-balanced and doesn't wobble. It didn't even move slightly when we used it on our carpet (seen in pics). The bench is so perfectly designed, you'd think it was completely fastened to the ground. I don't have my weights yet for training, but I am desperate to work out my core muscles and tone my stomach. One of my issues doing sit-ups on the ground is that, without support, my hamstrings are doing most of the work lifting my torso up. This leads to no strength training to my abdominal muscles whatsoever. This bench has two cushioned bars for my ankles that support me as I do sit-ups on the bench. I have not felt my abdominal muscles be thoroughly worked out for about 10 years until I purchased this bench. This has made it so much easier for me to commit to my workout and focus on my daily workout goals. The foam lining for the bars is also very thick and high-quality. I don't foresee it getting worn down for a very long time, even with heavy use. I have tried going to gyms because I love using equipment, but it was so difficult to commit because of commute. Having good equipment in my garage is doing wonders for me and is helping me develop a better lifestyle. I am so grateful I purchased this bench. Its versatility is especially important to me because my house is not very large. I need to be selective with the furniture and equipment I bring into it, lest I quickly run out of space. It is also compact which I appreciate. This is the perfect addition to your home if you plan on integrating strength training.

I haven’t used this bench yet, but I can tell it’s a solid piece of equipment. First of all, the assembly was so easy. I used a ratchet and it was together in less than 30 minutes. It looks great. The red is n black matches my barbell and Titan X3 rack set up. The adjustments are etched in the brackets. I was planning on selling my flat Bench but decided to keep it. Only because the bench pads are a little thinner than I expected. But this is just a preference. If you are looking for a solid affordable bench, I think this is a great option.

Very nice work out bench. The seat and back rest can be adjusted independently to varying degrees, the degree of incline is also labeled on the metal slots for convenience. Picture instructions was very clear and the bolts for each step were sorted and packaged together which left the guess work out. The seat and backrest cushion are also comfortable. The attached wheels also make this bench easy to move around if needed. Overall a very well put together bench for your workout needs.
