Moen has raised their game. The products look good, work well, and are easy to install. The pre-attached water lines help a lot. Who would have thought? The only negative has to do with the packaging. It's designed for display on store shelves not the rough and tumble world of Amazon. Using this as my main kitchen faucet for the last year in a one-person household, I can safely say it is excellent and beautiful to look at. I wouldn't call it sturdy or a work-horse, but it does the job and it does it well with zero issues. I opted to have professional installation and I'm really glad I did because I have had no leaking whatsoever from anywhere. The retractable hose function is intact, as well as the sprayer.
