Using this as my main kitchen faucet for the last year in a one-person household, I can safely say it is excellent and beautiful to look at. I wouldn't call it sturdy or a work-horse, but it does the job and it does it well with zero issues. I opted to have professional installation and I'm really glad I did because I have had no leaking whatsoever from anywhere. The retractable hose function is intact, as well as the sprayer. Pros: The tall size means I can get large pots in and out of the sink easily, unlike my prior faucet. It looks nice and works well. The design is great, except for the left handed one I got. Cons: It drips 4 or 5 times after shut off. Makes me feel a little uncomfortable since continuous dripping & running is not what someone wants from a faucet. Yes, after the initial drips, they stop but I still think that it should not drip at all. Somehow, we ended up with a left handed faucet. I saw no mention of right or left handed. When I am ready to scrub or utilize with my right, holding the pan or whatever, the faucet on/off should be on the left. It is not. It is a bit awkward turning it on and off, since it is on the wrong side. I could get the plumber back in to turn it around but then the writing instead of Moen will be facing front and the writing should be on the back and the plumber would charge all over again. Lastly, the pull out cord is just one foot long - not long enough to reach to a pan on the counter. Essentially, it is for sink use only. Rather stupid since filling a pan for boiling should not require putting the pan in the sink, where it would get wet and have to be dried off before putting it on the stove. ... show more

Nice and sleek faucet not too tall not too short. But now three and a half years later the new problem I have with it is that when you push the button to get the sprayer , when you finish you could press the button back to regular or as long as you close the faucet the next time you open it it's supposed to be the regular spray but that doesn't work anymore. So if I close my sink with the sprayer setting on the next time open my faucet it will still be on that setting where is it supposed to automatically go back to regular. ... show more
