Nice and well made
Color: Black
Quality materials, excellent instructions, extra hardware, parts were well made and had good fit and finish. I used “ mason’s sand “ from the big box store - it comes dry and pours easily, used a canning jar funnel to ease the process of filling, just keep tipping the base up to allow the sand to shift and fill the base, no problem . This unit is well braced and has far less vibration and wobble than the old unit. Very pleased over all.

Too lightweight
Color: Black
Was hoping for a more heavy duty product. It has a very lightweight backboard and rim, unfortunately, if this thing falls over, the rim is going to be bent or damaged beyond use. I’ve had lightweight, hollow rims like this before, and when they hit the ground, they bend badly. The backboard is also very thin and lightweight. Companies are more concerned with shipping size and weight that their products are too light and this just needs to be heavier. Should have read the description better as the backboard is smaller than average. Almost sent it back but it was hard to pack back in the box and for 200 bucks it’s half the price of a Spalding, which is what this is modeled after. I’m very much hoping it will last, I filled the bottom with sand and water and put 3 sandbags on it. The water ball it came with has no way to attach it unless I missed a rope in the packaging. One huge plus is it came with double the bolts that you need - extra bolts are always nice. It was work to put together. It took me an hour and a half, and I’m good at assembling things such as this so the average bear might take a little longer. Instructions were good and it works well.

Great basketball hoop
Color: Black
It took about 2 hours to assemble, but it was worth it. My kids love it and use it almost every day. Very sturdy and durable goes from 8-10 feet

Actions your company should take
Color: Black
Listen please, I am not happy. We have a similar product like this one. The hoops backboard is damage. There is a serious bad dent in the hoops backboard. My kids wants to play now! So, I didn't want to return it. The instructions doesn't say when to attach pole W or the top pole. The instructions was unclear. My mechanical skills help me figure it out. There is a plastic cap too large for the elevation bar. This bar raises the hoops 8 feet, 10feet... Once I removed the black plastic cap from the silver bar, it was assembled correctly. Also, you should have given better information and instructions on how to assemble the spring. I may have give you 1 star but here is a chance to improve. You simply have a few missing steps to clear up. This information should help you and your company do better.

Seller not cooperating
Color: Black
Came broken. Does not extend to 10 feet and backboard is bent. I no longer have faith in the product and have requested a refund and postage back 4 times and seller only wants to exchange.
