The appearance of the coop is nice, it was easy to build and light weight to move. Screws are tiny and not the best and the locks on the doors were flimsy and came bent already which was a disappointment but something easy to upgrade. Love that the top opens. If using for a chicken it deff is not big enough for more than 1-2 full size. Did close one side to provide more space for feeder and water as well as there is not a lot of under space. Great instructions, 10 year read instruction to my husband and they assemble in about hour and two beers. Very easy to set up. Lots of room for bunny to roam, love all the opening to be able pet rabbit. First bunny house I see that has sliding window for winter is great. We love the roof is soild though the run for bunny to much on grass in rain. Bunny hut easily moves once another person for fresh grass daily. Very well made. Smells like ceader wood. This took me about 30 minutes to put together, all the panels are nicely labeled, the instructions are good and the thing is solid once it's put together. It is on the small side, I don't use it for a bunny, just small kittens to give them outside time while having a house to go in if they want. The media could not be loaded. I do not recommend this 2 tiered rabbit hutch. The instructions are horrible,. There is a strong odor that you will need to let air out. I have so many cracks in this wood it’s ridiculous. The instructions are diagram only and even not clear. The bottom piece is not able to slide in because of this. I have been disappointing when putting rabbit hutches together before, but this is hands-down the worst quality one I think I’ve ever gotten. I can not recommend this. Keep shopping. ... show more

We currently keep this hutch outside. We have indoor guinea pigs, so my daughtwr uses this hutch as a change of scenery when she wants to take them outside supervised. The guinea pigs love both floors of this hutch. This hutch is well made and only took me 30 mins to assemble. The slide out pvc floor is also a plus for easy clean up. ... show more

This is a nice hutch for integrating animals. We got it to use for slowly and safely integrating kittens into outdoor barn life and then for later use to integrate chicks in with our adult flock. It’s also helpful for the next animal I decide to rescue! The design is 4/5 for me. It could be a little sturdier, but considering the price, it’s on point. The layout I do love. Lots of doors make it easy to access and clean! I like the mats for if it is an indoor situation, but that they can be removed if you want access to grass. It is light and easy to transport/move. I give the instruction booklet a 4/5… I think it could have offered some text instructions, but I am a visual learner so the pictures worked well for me. For someone else, this could be a big problem. The actual putting it together was 3/5. There could have been pre-drilled holes for some of the smaller screws. Thank goodness I have a screw gun. Having to hand screw all those hinges and pieces together would have taken a lot longer. All in all from box to finish took me about 1.5 hours. It’s a pretty cute final product. ... show more

(Really 4.5 stars. Read on.) This is one of the nicest bunny hutches I've seen. It's dang solid, for one, and it looks great. It's got several useful features, and was a snap to assemble ... mostly. Pros: Solid and well made all around, but not too heavy for one person to move. Three doors, plenty of space. LIKE ANY HUTCH, YOUR BUNNY SHOULDN'T LIVE IN IN FULL TIME. This is a space for your buns to eat, use the litter box, and feel comfy, but it's WAY too small for one to live in full time. I like that one roof comes with hinges, and the other is held on with pegs so you can lift it off easily. You're supposed to screw it down, but why bother? Cons: No floor, and the PVC mat is barely wide enough. If you're going floorless, you'll probably want a bigger mat or maybe a tray for a dog crate. The upper floor comes with a chicken-wire bottom, which bunnies *hate*. It's uncomfortable. Luckily you don't have to install it, but that makes it a little harder to use the pull-out plastic tray. Speaking of the tray, it's a good idea ... sort of. It's great if your bunny decides to poop on the top floor, but in my case, Aholé the Bunny chose a different spot for his litter box, rendering the tray kinda useless. Those nits aside, this is a really nice hutch for either giving your buns a space to hide and eat and poop, or for occasionally shutting it in. Just be aware that you'll probably want a bigger mat, and don't install the chicken wire floor in the upper section. ... show more
