This set is exactly what we were looking for! The style, color & size. The directions were clear and easy to follow, my daughter and I spread out all the pieces and assembled it in roughly an hour. The set is sturdy and comfortable. I was worried it would be a bit low but it's a perfect size to lounge by the pool outside and the same size as others I have tried at local stores. We added a a no slip pad that is normally used for rugs so the cushions don't move, it works great. We bought a cover on Amazon for 25.00 so we don't have to bring in the cushions when it rains. We had one issue with a leg being damaged from possibly shipping. We emailed them back and forth about 3 times to make sure we were talking about the same product and they were excellent! We received a replacement in a few days. I would buy this product again very happy!

A bit smaller in height and width than I prefer, but it’s functional and a nice looking addition to my outdoor living space. The shipment came over several days in two boxes after ordering on 03Aug22, however one of the seat cushions was missing and has yet to be received. I attempted to contact the vendor and left a voice mail, but received no response. A second attempt to call the vendor went straight to voicemail. Needless to say, they are difficult to contact. I contacted Amazon and they offered to call me back so that we could call the vendor together to try to facilitate a resolution, but I haven’t been able to reestablish a connection with Amazon. Amazon offered, in the initial call, to process a refund for the cushion of the vendor could not resolve, but that has yet to occur. To date, 20Aug22, the shipment still shows a status of “on the way” and tracking it via the tracking number provided to see if perhaps there is one box remaining with the cushion is impossible. I would love for YitaHome to make this purchase complete and send me the missing cushion, but given the lack of customer service thus far, I’m not optimistic.

Update: Revising to 5 stars from 3. The 3rd package with 2 remaining chairs arrived the next day. Used it over the last couple of days and even my 6 ft. hubby said that it's comfortable. And dog approved. I would order another set for home if needed. So far I've only received 2 out of 3 boxes...5 out of 7 pieces. I will update my stars after the 3rd box is received. Yes it is smaller, perfect for our seasonal campsite without spending a ton of money. Is it high quality? No, but at the price I paid, it will serve its purpose if taken care of. I had the 5 pieces put together in 1-1/2 hours. Instructions were simple and hardware/holes all matched up. Do not use the included allen wrench, use a real power tool...save yourself the aggravation! Overall happy, will be better once the 3rd box is received...maybe a FedEx issue. Was packaged nicely and clean out of the box. Again, assembly was not difficult.

Assembly is at your own risk. Had to redrill and rethread several different sections...and this thing is in about 50 and 100+ more hardware. Holes would not line up properly 9 times out of 10...and yes I went by the very vague directions included. Wear gloves...the plastic pieces left hanging where you been to use the tips of your fingers to tighten a screw will shred your skin. A small hex wrench is included. Don't try to use your own tools. The areas to get the hardware in is too tight and the threads will pull out if you use a drill on #1 torque. If I would have known then what I know now, never would have purchased. Glass was shattered in transit...still have yet to find out if I'm getting a new one. Of you move a little, your sliding onto the ground. Cushions slide with the slightest breeze. Perfect size for kids. Adults...the backs of the chairs will come up to about mid way up your back and has 0 flex. Your back will hate you. Shop around. This product is definitely not worth the amount of money they are charging for it.

The sofa looks great, but It's is not sturdy as it looks. The pieces (stabilizers) it brings to make it stay in place DO NOT prevent the pieces to move. But I keep the pieces separated to create individual chair sets. My husband said it was easy to assemble it. The back cushions are low, but they look very very nice. Overall a good product.

We bought 2 sets to fit our gazebo and set them up in a u shape. They are easy to assemble but you need 2 people for faster pace. It comes in 3 boxes each set, with instructions easy to follow. They are sturdy enough for the price, but they could be better built. Some pieces (the metal frame inside the wicker) were bent but with a little force we managed to shape them a little better. They look great, are comfortable but the pillows don’t stick to anything so they will slide off easy or be blown by the wind. Overall well worth the price. I’m very happy with this purchase and totally recommend it.
