It's the kind of extra-virgin olive oil that would appeal to those who prefer a stronger, more earthy flavor with a peppery aftertaste. I typically consume a tablespoon of it every day as a tonic and to savor its aroma and taste. I've used it as a dressing for a tomato corn salad mixed with lime, as well as in a cold pasta dish with chicken and tomatoes that my family enjoys. It worked great in both dishes. Normally, we use cheaper olive oil from the grocery store, so this was a noticeable step up in terms of flavor. It had a more robust and distinctive taste compared to store-bought options, which I really appreciated. Another plus is that it comes in a slender bottle that is easy to fit into the spice cabinet. It was also well-packaged upon arrival. Overall, I really love this olive oil for its fresh and clean taste. Extremely well packaged. Would be perfect for gifts, but is too good to give away. Amazing flavor and the scent is light and fresh. Definitely can taste the difference in the quality of this olive oil. Also happy to support a smaller company that cares for their customer enough to produce such a quality product. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will be purchasing often.

I've been to Italy multiple times and the food is always a highlight of my trips, with the olive oil, especially in the Tuscan region, standing out. The authentic flavor of Holyo Olive Oil is like none other! It takes me back to a small family owned Florentine restaurant with hand made spaghetti, fresh olive oil and Parmigiano. Holyo does not disappoint! Love it!

So good! I had it with some mozzarella and tomato and you could taste the quality of it. The bottle was beautiful too and came in a very nice packaged box, could be a great gift as well! I would highly recommend.

I just received my Holyo and was so impressed by the packaging. I purchased the olive oil specifically for my salads and fresh vegetables, and it exceeded my expectations!! It is smooth, bold in flavor, and delicious. Holyo will now be a staple in my kitchen, I cannot recommend it enough.
