The chair was really nice but the electric recline became a problem, it had nothing to do with the chair at all. I'm in my 60s, and when I need to get up, I need to get up now! I did end up giving it to my neighbor and purchasing a manual recliner. It is very easy to assemble, it took about 15 minutes by myself. It's very sturdy and comfortable. It's fairly large, my cats could sleep next to me. I think it is well worth what I paid for it . It was a bit heavy, but I was able to get it in my house by myself. The only downside that I can think of is the color... It looks like a nice sage color in the pictures, but it is a brighter green color. It's not a hideous color, but it didn't match my other furniture, so I bought a cover to go on it.

This is a pretty great chair for the price. Better for shorter people for sure. Soft cushions. Great glide and it swivels. The heat is nice thou subtle. The massage is light. 2 weeks and no. Of the power mechanisms work. China based company wants me to pay for return shipping. Stay away from this company and this purchase. So disappointed the chair is so comfy.

Recliners Velcro for arms don’t stick well. Arm rest don’t stay in place and not much padding in the arm rest. Real hard cushion. Also not as sturdy as I thought would be for the rating of the recliner brand. But loved the color.

This is my first recliner I’ve ever purchased and I have no regrets. I love the sage green color and the swivel feature. All the functions work, although, I spent quite some time trying to find the other four cords that were zipped in the back cushion. As others mentioned, the chair doesn’t really massage but more so just vibrates - which can still be soothing. I purchased this recliner to replace l an accent chair that was not comfortable at all. This is my new comfy chair 😊

This chair came in a box but was very simple to put together. The color is perfect and it is quite comfortable! It is sturdy. I have. It yet used the heat function but the message is simple, but ok. The only con, is the reclining function is a little touchy. There are times that it takes a moment to get the reclining function to operate.

Great Chair, I love all the features. It was a little hard to put together, one final piece we had to wait until it was mostly put together but without the back on, plug it in, put on its side and expand the legs, and then carefully maneuver the last back piece between the parts. We were confused on where a wire was as well but the wire c is in the chair back and instructions didn’t say where. It’s a little smaller, narrower, and shorter than expected, I looked at the measurements but didn’t really use a measuring tape to compare how it would fit the room, but that’s on me. I’m only 5’2 and I fit great, except the upper back section of the massage sits at my neck so I use a pillow so it’s not so intense. My boyfriend David is 6’2 and his feet dangle over the foot support and his head and neck just fit at the top of the backrest, it’s a little comical and I might’ve lost my chair to him! The heat isn’t the hottest but it works. The buttons on the side will take some getting use to. I love that it’s able to rotate and rock, but I don’t worry about the wires plugged into the wall and if they will get pinched eventually, I might get some tubing to protect and manage the cords. I hope this chair lasts for years but we will have to see, if it can last at least almost two years with our plus size bodies I will be happy.

This is the worst product I have every bought through Amazon. The chair leans to one side; the memory foam must have dementia because it certainly doesn't get back into shape; it is very uncomfortable to sit in; the arms are not, but look like they are trying to roll off the chair; and the seat on the chair has shrunken down to about 3/4 the original height. It seemed like a teriffic buy when I ordered it. It looked nice once we put it together. The only things positive I can say about it are that I can charge my phone or watch with it and it moves electronically. Other than that it is a dud.

To listen to me, his mother. He could not find the red and white connector cords because he did not listen to me on where to look until I made him take the chair back off. It was the same with getting the side expanded completely. Even after watching the video! My apologies to the Edwell Company.This chair is divine. I have cancer and the softness, heat, massage, and being able to recline have made a positive impact on my mental outlook. The height between my shoulders and the armrest is perfect. I love the power recline too. I just wish it had power lift. I have a manuscript manual uplift seat on it and it takes away some of the comfort of the chair.
