I stand on this when I'm watching movies or playing video games as a kind of ADHD toy. Keeps me really focused and it's fun plus my legs are daily getting stronger and stronger. It's great, if you're looking for a balance board this is it, def worth the money. it won't damage floor.

This is a good board. Does what it's supposed to. The kids and I are enjoying working on our balance and core strength. Only issue is figuring out where to store it (but that's not their fault). This is great value for the money. It is durable. My husband can comfortably use this, as well. Just be sure to clear an area around you before using it and be sure to explain it's dangerous to go near while someone else is using it. Woukd purchase again!

I'm now officially a senior citizen, and I'm aware that balance is one of those things that makes a difference as one ages. I can see that I have improved my balance since I purchased this, after a few hair-raising moments. But I thought--mistakenly--that it was useful for exercise. If it is, it would be really helpful if the manufacturer had provided some useful videos. As for the construction: I purchased this after reading lots of reviews. This one has a nice surface that is grippy but comfortable on bare feet, and it is sturdy and well made. Possibly I should have purchased one of the square balance boards or a wobble board, if I really wanted some kind of workout.

I’m really happy with this! They didn’t bribe me to do a review and I don’t often write reviews, I just think this is a genuinely good product. It’s better priced than a lot of the other ones and the quality feels good. It’s solid and doesn’t slip around. So glad I went for this 3 in 1 option as I think I might’ve broken my neck with only the roller option! The round cushion is my favorite, followed by the dome foam one. I swear I can see a significant difference in just a week, I feel much more toned around my middle, hips and legs. I use it about 3 or 4 times per day for about 5-10mins a time. I try to do it while I’m on the phone or watching Netflix. It’s a fun way to get a bit of exercise without breaking out in too much of a sweat! Lol. I live in an apartment with wooden floors so I do it on top of a yoga mat to prevent it banging on the floor if I lose my balance. My toddler loves it and I’ve just ordered one for my Mom too. Would highly recommend!!

Very happy with this purchase! I was looking for something to help me train and strengthen my body because I'm going snowboarding in Whistler in a month and I'm a bit out of shape. I couldnt decide on a product because I wanted to practice on an air cushion, a foam roller, half foam roller or actual tube.. but I knew I didn't want to make many purchases and each piece would give me different balance techniques to practice on. I came across this product and I LOVE that it is a combination of everything I wanted! The air cushion is perfect for beginners who don't feel stable (me).. the foam roller was great when I felt like I wanted a step up in challenge.. and the tube is exactly what I wanted to be ready for. I was able to get up on the tube by the first day. By the time I was practicing on the tube, I was only practicing side-by-side and I used the other balance pieces to help me feel secure on each side in case a catastrophe happened. Once I got that down I realized this motion wasn't going to help me feel ready for snowboarding.. Another reason I love this product is the fact that you can unscrew the bottom stoppers and move them. I put both stoppers on the narrower side of the board and was able to practice balancing more similarly to snowboarding. Very very satisfied with this product! I paid about $84 mid November.. a week later it is $99. Still the best price compared to other options similar to this combination.

Fun to use and very good quality board. It's going to take me some work to get a handle on it but I'm looking forward to it. Just hopping on for a few minutes was quite the workout so I feel like this is going to really do good things for my core and balance skills. I'm in love!
