After our previous robot vacuum finally stopped working, we decided to try the Yeedi M12 PRO+ Robot Vacuum and Mop, and it’s been a great upgrade for our home and a reward for my family and I. Right away, the 11,000Pa suction stood out, intact it pulls up dust, dirt, and pet hair far better than our old one, especially on carpets and along edges. The ZeroTangle technology actually works, which has been a huge relief. We don’t have to constantly clean hair off the brush anymore. The TruEdge deep mopping does an impressive job on our hard floors, getting close to walls and baseboards, and the auto-lift mopping feature is perfect when it transitions onto our area rugs. What really makes this feel highend is the Mini Omni Station. It automatically washes and dries the mop, which saves time and keeps things hygienic. Wow! I love not having to deal with dirty pads after every run. Setup was easy, and once it mapped the house, it started cleaning efficiently with very little supervision. Overall, this robot vacuum has been a reliable and powerful replacement after our last one failed. It keeps our floors consistently clean with minimal effort, and the combo vacuum-and-mop feature makes it feel like a full cleaning upgrade. If you’re in the market for a dependable robot vacuum with strong suction and smart features, this one is definitely worth it.

I was hesitant to purchase this brand and model as it didn't have the same level of marketing or reviews as some of the more popular names like Roborock, narwhal, irobot, ecovac, etc... I must say that after 3 weeks, I'm convinced that this machine is a better value for the money than almost anything I've ever purchased. First, the quality of the machine and its base are solid. It doesn't look ultra premium but it also doesn't really stand out in a negative way. It sort of just blends in but doesn't look like a cheap appliance. It's nice. Its vacuuming ability far surpasses my old robot vacuum which was a shark ion robot vacuum. What the shark would leave behind, mainly dog food scraps, the Yeedi clears with ease from carpet. On hard floors, even super difficult items like onion or garlic skin are sucked up with no issues. Unless it's on turbo "tornado" mode, you can barely even hear it. It's surprisingly quiet. The app can be a little dodgy at first but once your map is done and your routine established, there are no issues with daily cleaning the entire map, specific rooms, or user defined zones. It works as advertised! The programming for the vacuum then mop technology could be improved as it tries to navigate across the entire area both times. I hope that in the future, it will be able to differentiate between areas of carpet and hard floor via a navigation update. For now, though, it's slightly inefficient but will achieves a thorough clean when both vacuuming and mopping. Another fascinating thing about this machine... Rather unexpected, tbh... My dog absolutely hated my previous robot vacuum. She is completely unfazed by the Yeedi. It can get within centimeters of her and she just continues to lie there as if it wasn't even in the room. Yeedi is now a part of the family. I haven't been this pleased with a purchase in a very long time. If you're considering any of the big brands, save your money and but this robot! It's truly a remarkable device. I feel like I'm living in the future!

Initially this product was a five star my experience the first 8 months the suction was great picked up all my dog hair the settings between cleaning speeds the standard deep cleaning and quick cleaning was very functional as well as the suction strength between strong Vortex and regular in my opinion this product had everything I needed as a vacuum but after having it for 1 year it seemed like all the good qualities of this robot seems to disappear battery life dropped tremendously if I didn't have it on just standard clean it would die and need to go return back to the station halfway throughout cleaning the same house that I originally set the robot for it now doesn't pick up my dog hair instead just pushes it in corners in clumps the robot constantly get clogged up with dog hair which it did not do before and this is even after I've cleaned out the dog hair that got stuck in it before that they're spending as much money as I did on this device I am very upset that it has became a big old broom that just pushes hair into the corner of the houses I have had this product for only a year I have cleaned it maintain the brushes, and even taking care of the regular maintenance that the app requires me to
