I got this chair back in April 2023, and I’ve had no issues since putting it together the first time. I’ve also moved twice since the initial build, taking it partially apart both times, and the integrity hasn’t changed in the slightest! There’s a review mentioning it tilts forward, which is an easy enough mistake to make but also a very easy one to fix as well. As long as the orientation matches this picture, you’re golden! (Nob towards the front, height adjustment facing the back) My only gripe was while building this, one of the wheel sockets had extra material in it that had to be chiseled out. It took me around 45 minutes to get out, but with better tools it would’ve gone a lot faster I’m sure Last little bit of info: I often spend 6-12 hours in this chair and it stays comfortable throughout. I’m 5’1 and around 115 pounds and I’m able to move around pretty freely without the armrests impeding really, so I’d say it’s a pretty good size. The armrests are the way the back and seat connect, so they aren’t really optional and definitely not adjustable. Good luck on your chair hunt! ... show more

Obviously no one's buying this because it's a great quality chair, myself included. I only purchased this because I work from home at the moment but will be moving soon and don't know if I'll be able to continue working from home after I move, and in the event I have to get rid of my chair, I didn't want to be mad that I spent a bunch of money on something I donated or threw out. It's about what you'd expect. Rather uncomfortable unless you purchase a back cushion and a butt cushion separately (which I did). The mesh on the chair digs into your legs if you're wearing shorts, but after the butt cushion, I don't notice it. The back support is a little silly, but again, if you buy a cushion, you'll be fine. What I hate the most about this chair is that the arm rests are in a fixed position and are in no way adjustable; you can't raise or lower the height on them whatsoever. Thankfully, I have a desk that sits pretty high, so I just rest my arms on the desk when I work. But I could see this feature being extremely annoying to someone who doesn't have the kind of desk I have. I also find myself leaning back and going to rest my arms on where the arm rest should be, only to nearly fall out of my chair because the arm rest sits so low (almost on the same level as the cushion). Why in the world would a company design a chair with arm rests so low? Or with arm rests you can't adjust? Ugh. At least it reclines/goes back a little when you lean back. Assembly was pretty easy. They give you instructions and all your screws and an allen wrench. In total, it took me about 20 minutes to put this thing together by myself, and considering I'm not exactly handy or used to putting things together, that's not bad. I guess it beats sitting on the hard wooden 80's style kitchen chair that I was using before. Overall, I'm not unhappy or happy with the chair. It's not an investment and I fully expect it to fall apart in the next few years because the whole thing is made of plastic. But for now, it serves its purpose, and remember - cushions make everything better. ... show more

Without a doubt, the biggest waste of money POS I have ever purchased on Amazon, maybe ever. 'Yaheetech' and Bezos should be embarrassed. The pieces straight up do not fit together, and I had to bend them to my will to get it put together. The wheels.. my lord the wheels... You have to have the strength of an elder god to get these wheels in place. I'm a relatively big man, 6'0 and roughly 220 lbs, and I had to straight up PUNCH these wheels in. I thought they were defective at first. And the worst part? It barely reclines. I mean BARELY. The reclining function was the primary reason I bought this, and on its loosest setting, it probably reclines about 2 inches. I hardly ever write reviews. This might be my fourth one, and I've had Amazon Prime since I was a sophomore in high school (I'm 28 btw). But this product so deeply upset me that I rushed to pull up a seat in this abomination and crank out this review. Do not buy unless you like wasting money, like waiting long periods for said waste of money to be delivered, or like experiencing insurmountable levels of frustration. I'd return it, but given the amount of time I've waited for its delivery and spent putting it together, the idea of spending any more time on this retched chair makes me see red.
