I have two male rats and the 37” cages are absolutely amazing for them. I honestly can’t explain how happy I am that I bought them. Some of the things I like the most: -The price is amazing for what you get. A large cage (again, large and perfect for rats but might be too small for an average rabbit), a food dish and water bottle, metal platforms and ramps (as opposed to plastic), and wheels to move it around. -Setup was actually pretty easy. It recommends two people to set it up, but I set one up by myself in about 20 minutes. With a second person, we setup the second cage in about 10. The provided directions weren’t very helpful but it’s pretty easy to figure out where each piece goes. -The size and overall layout is perfect for rats and other animals that need climbing/vertical space. It also allows for plenty of decorations and personalization. You can also move the tray so that it’s either under the metal grate or you can use it as the floor itself. Good for animals who are litter-trained. The only problems I could see with this cage are that the bars are spaced widely enough that young and/or female rats would likely squeeze through. There is also not much floor space at the bottom. The tray is also shallow and will likely fill up quickly. That being said, I don’t have any of these problems personally because I have two male rats each with his own cage, but I could see them being problems for larger animals or if multiple animals share a cage. Overall, I’m very happy that I got these cages and my rats also seem much happier with the extra climbing areas. Definitely not cheap but they are completely worth it. UPDATE: I’ve had these cages for about 9 months now and they still look brand new. The trays don’t have any stains on them and are super easy to clean even if I put off cleaning a bit too long. No rusting metal or broken pieces. I’m thoroughly impressed by these and would absolutely buy another if I get any new small critters.

I cannot say enough good things about this cage. I put it together completely by myself in under 30 minutes — and that includes unboxing and arranging the platforms. It was hands-down the easiest product I’ve ever assembled, with clear instructions and no tools needed besides what was included. The cage itself is spacious, sturdy, and absolutely adorable. The ramps and platforms give my chinchilla tons of room to climb, explore, and lounge. I love the modern look and the clean white frame — it fits beautifully into my space and rolls smoothly when I need to move it. Bonus? It passed the ultimate test: Chili approved. 🐾✨ If you’re looking for a cage that’s both functional and stylish, this is it. So happy with this purchase!

I really like the price of this product I got the 52 inch one for my 2 ferrets. They seem to really like it! I would have given this cage five stars, but it was a bit hard to put together and the bottom tray was a bit flimsy not sturdy as I expected it would be. But definitely use the video to put the cage together with, as that was a huge help! the directions for me were confusing although I’m sure they are good, the video help me more! Cons : 1 It didn’t go together super easy but it all fit together and only one of the pieces was partially broken, it was one of the ladders hook was broken off, but I believe that was due to the shipping, even though it said fragile on the box.. the box was pretty beat up. 2 The doors were not as big as I was hoping, even though I read the size measurements lol I thought that my litter box would fit through the doorway..it did not, but I slid out both trays and put it in through the bottom and that worked just fine! 3 The shelves seem pretty sturdy once in place, but do you feel like if you’re rough with them could easily break. 4 The bottom pull out tray is very wobbly and not very sturdy at all I would say it’s much more floppy than any of the other plastic parts, But as there’s a metal gray above it I can see that they probably didn’t think it was necessary to be sturdy although I would change that if I were the company selling this cage. 5 Had to pay $19.99 for shipping even though I have Amazon prime, which isn’t a big deal but was a con for me. Pros : 1 It’s a good price for the size of the cage especially compared to other cages on the market. I just wish it was covered under Amazon prime shipping lol 2 Ones put together I think it looks very nice, I got the black cage I don’t know how the other one looks or feels in person, but this one feels smooth to the touch and feels like it has a nice coding of something that will keep it from getting poo stuck to the bars lol 3 I like that it comes with wheels they work very well, I don’t see any way to lock them in place, but it doesn’t seem to be an issue so far. 4 Comes with the food and water bottle, although I would hope that they would change the food dish to a hook on food dish as most animals that would use a cage would typically either tip over their food bowl or scooted around but otherwise it’s a nice added feature. 5 I like that the ramps have a curve to them and little grip wavy things on them. Overall I really like this cage, I did put two of the levels together to make a larger level, because it is such a far drop from the top otherwise, that way if they were to fall they wouldn’t fall straight to the bottom of the cage from the top, as that is a risk.. especially with ferrets they tend to play and get excited and jump around lol I did put a piece of cardboard over the bottom as it’s not good for them to walk on the wire bottom and a blanket folded up, As well as a small fleece blanket on every level for Comfort and so they can sleep and be cozy. I think this cage most suits chinchillas and ferrets and like squirrels but I don’t think it wouldn’t work so well for rats or hamsters unless they were very large.. as they might be able to fit through the bars.. if you want to DIY your own levels it might work for a rabbit I’ve seen someone in the comments used two of these cages side-by-side hooked together with wooden levels and ladders I think that would work! I would definitely not recommend for guinea pigs they need a one level place. I put two hammocks at the top and the two levels put together so I ended up with seven levels if I count the hammocks or 6 levels if I use just the cage stuff that it came with because I put two together. Overall I would definitely recommend this cage for two ferrets, but If you have more than two ferrets, I would suggest getting a larger cage or connecting two of these together, unless they were only in the cage for sleeping, mine are free room in part of my home, except for when I’m sleeping or if I have to be out of the house for a while.

Freaking amazing cage, I've had it about 2 years now and its a fantastic buy. great quality and mobility, easy to clean and so very sturdy. best cage you can buy for the price and to be honest it should cost more. It's HUGE and i have a chinchilla. He loves it and runs up and down the ramps all day. Be advised the ramps are plastic so if its an animal that chews, (Rats,Mice, ect.) they're likely to chew through them and maybe you should keep them out. also be careful pressing in the ramps because they are plastic and can and will break if too much force is applied. Great cage though and i highly recommend it.

I have 2 female Rats, it says right on the headline "RATS" but the moment I put my rats in this cage, they went to the top and climbed straight out the top.. They can also escape any of the sides.. My rats are about 8 months old and they don't seem to be growing anymore.. So I wouldn't recommend this enclosure unless you have really large full grown rats.. and I don't even know if it would work then.. Which they only live two years.. so assuming they'll get bigger and can no longer fit through the cage, that's after a year, half way through their lifetime... If they were just a bit closer between the bars, it would be the best cage.. I chose not to return because I cut out some large, perfectly cut acrylic sides and top to help keep them in, but it still doesn't work... Lucky for me, my rats love their cage enough that they'll get out and run around the top, then go back in when they're ready... and I lock them back in their little cage that they grew up in when I'm not home.. Which they seem to like too because they sleep all day when I'm gone. Easy to assemble, easy to roll outside and clean on the back patio with a hose, everything else is great... Just please let people know they need their rats to be over a year old before purchasing..

I needed an emergency ferret cage since out old one got severely rusted and we were unexpectedly moving due to upstairs apt water damage. We had no choice but to throw away the old cage and buy a smaller bit also more long term cage. I found this one on Amazon and purchased the 37” (smaller) cage for about $61 and I am overall impressed! None of my pieces were missing, no bends, free waterbottle, free large food dish, and pull out litter tray. Comes with instructions- VERY easy to assemble! For the litter tray it pulls out from the front rather than the side (yay!) and I use the johnny cat jumbo litter liners and paper litter. The stock photo shows the wire over the litter box bit you can put it under the tray so poop doesn’t get stick to the wire frame if you have ferrets. You can place the litter box either over or under the wire. The water bottle slides down and can be fixed by using rubber band around the bottle as a grip. It came with a corner “pool” style food dish but I added my own since my girls perfer to eat out of seperate dishes. In my photos I have two small female ferrets, the darker one being a baby still, and she is not able to get through the cage! They have not been able to escape. I did not need to “ferret proof” anything other than zip tie the stairs to the levels since my dark ferret is a brat and likes to pull them off. I think this is an okay size ferret cage for smaller female ferrets, two at most, but there is the bigger taller option. I think males if multiple will need the larger option but 1 male might be okay in the 37” tall cage. As far as noise, it only makes a light rattle noise when ferrets are being bratty and dig. No “stritch stritch” like the textured plastic levels make since the levels are grided wire- you can always add padding to levels if your pet’s feet are sensitive. The wire is also coated so it wont rust and is water resistant! The wheels are optional! My ferrets can’t open the door hinges which is a good plus. You need to lift the lever up and slide right to open the doors. Con is there is no side opening so you need to go in from the front or bottom to attach toys, hammocks, and food dishes. *** please note my ferret cage is not complete- we JUST moved! Over I highy recondmend this cage! Super amazing for the price and size (was larger than I expected!) and freat for a number of small pets. Good cage for ferrets definitely!

Happy with this purchase for my chinchilla. I was looking for an affordable replacement for the original habitat purchased with my chin. But they live longer than your average small animal, can be up to 15-20 years. This was a reasonable price and it looked solid. I was also looking for something with tiers so my chin has more free movement and space. The other products I was looking at near identical or similar were around the 300 range. So this was a steal, and an upgrade from her original space. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this stood up to the test of time and wear and tear. I had no expectations for this, simply looking for something new and this was far better than I had anticipated. Very happy with my purchase. I also loved the coloring of it, neutral/modern and matched my interior perfectly. It would match most interiors. The legs mounted on wheels was also such a convenience for cleaning and moving out of the way. My girl lived out a long, happy life, yet the cage is still in pretty good shape. I thought it would probably rust a lot more than it did, but it only rusted in the corners on the bottom grate… but those were her potty corners so it held up surprisingly well against the urine – especially since not cleaned daily. This was a really good buy especially since a chinchilla can be a long-term commitment.
