Instructions are clear and it’s super easy to put together I love the bottom trays and my little bunny can get to the top easy. I was thinking about getting some grip tape but she does very well. It was easy to put together (one 10- and 11-year old) once directions were re-read, and took about 20m. It is sturdy and has two front openings that make sweeping and cleaning fairly easy. We chose this version, as the bottom had two separate trays that could be removed for cleaning, versus one large tray. We worried that he would have issues with moving on the plastic ramps and the clear plastic drawbridge door. But, he has figured it out without any problems. I plan on using this whole cage as a litter box. I had two small litter boxes with plastic grates that work great they’re just too small. The grates have wide enough openings and the sides are high enough that my rabbit’s bum doesn’t come off the edge. Honestly I built this at midnight when everyone was asleep, I’m 16 and it was actually relatively easy. You need a hammer for it but I used a stapler and it worked fine

This company refuses to give any reasonable assistance if you need to return an item. My experience with them took so much time, so many calls and messages to Amazon, and it was never resolved.
