This set is very nice. It was a little time consuming to put together but then again, there’s a lot of pieces. One annoying thing was the screws show on the chairs. You can’t change it around so it doesn’t. But it’s a small thing in the big picture. The only other thing is the cushions are not quite a thick as I’d have liked. Would I buy the set again? Definitely. It’s nice looking and comfy. Their customer service is great. There was damage done in delivery to the back of one sofa. They sent out another one right away. Read all reviews then do not purchase. I read them but also saw the good reviews so I thought the set would be ok. It’s not!! It’s cheap. It’s looks awful. It was hard to assemble. Holes didn’t line up. Screws show on the chairs and sofa. I took a day off of work to wait for scheduled delivery and it was a no show. Then delivery was dropped off in the office of the complex where I live and not to my house. So, after waiting a whole other day I still had to figure out how to get it from the office to my house. Worst experience ever!! I kept an open mind and thought it would look better once it was assembled. Major disappointment. Now I am sick to my stomach over it and there is nothing I can do, I can not disassemble it and figure a way to pack it up to send it back. I would if I could!! Buyer beware!! This furniture is cheap and awful. I read the reviews and was so excited to buy. Now I’m so disappointed and I don’t know what to do. First of all I took the day off of work when I was told the furniture would be delivered. It was a no show. I took the second day off of work for another scheduled delivered only to waste the whole day then find out it was delivered to the housing complex office and not to my home. Then I had to figure out how to get it to my home. It comes in two big boxes so it was not easy for this 70 year old woman. Assembling was horrible! The screws didn’t live up with the holes. After hours and hours to assemble it I am so very disappointed. The reviews didn’t tell me how bad this set is. It’s a cheaply made piece of crap. If I could figure out how to disassemble and pack it up, I wouldn’t hesitate to send it back!! But I can’t so I’m stuck with it. I get sick to my stomach every time I look at it. I promise you, if you ignore this review and purchase this stuff you will end up just like me…so very very disappointed!! ... show more
