I have assembled and owned many outdoor furniture sets and this one is by far the best made and highest quality. All the parts were there and while the furniture was not the easiest to put together, the instruction were simple to follow once you get a rhythm going. Once assembled, it's sturdy - you can even sit on the table and you can tell it will last several years. Total bonus it comes with covers and the storage inside the table is a game changer. This was a great purchase. The quality is solid, and the cushion covers feel durable and easy to clean. If I had to be picky, the seat could use a bit more padding, but overall it’s pretty comfortable. One thing to note: if you’re a taller person (around 6 ft or more), it may sit a little low. I’m 5'10", and I still wish it were a couple of inches taller. My 4-star rating mainly comes from how difficult it was to put together. At one point I seriously considered dragging it into the backyard and setting it on fire. The instructions could be written a lot more clearly. And trust me—don’t do the “typical guy” thing and skip the manual, or you’ll end up taking pieces apart and redoing them. I’m glad I bit the bullet and bought it. It’s comfortable. As a 51yo single gal that does everything on her own, I was able to put this together with the tools provided AND a drill with a hex bit. Otherwise it would have been a nightmare. The couch took me 5 hours to assemble. I put the table and ottoman together a few weeks later and that took 2 hours. I love that the seat cushions stay in place. The structure feels strong and sturdy. It looks great in my modest outdoor space. And for three pieces of furniture it fits perfect in the little nook I have off to the side. The table doubles as a storage unit and I put my dining table seat cushions in there at night. During the day I place the large heavy duty cover I bought special in the storage space. The cover that come with the set are thin and leak. They would be fine to keep the dust off if you lived in an arid climate where it hardly rained and the set was placed on a covered porch. Alll in all I am super satisfied with it. Like other reviews say, it's a little time consuming to put together using the included tools. But I was able to put it together with no issue. The boxes are delivered on separate days even though they will show them as delivered on the same day. I think the quality for the price is good. I did buy different covers, the ones that are with the set are very cheap and I didn't test but assume would not keep it dry with excess rain. The color and lookof the set is as advertised. The seller was very responsive when I questioned about the second box being delivered. ... show more

    • Disappointing Quality and Horrible Customer Service – Do Not Buy!

I purchased the outdoor rattan sofa set with ottoman, and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the assembly was a nightmare — the instructions were vague, and parts didn’t align properly, making it incredibly frustrating to put together. The rattan material feels cheap and flimsy, as if it will fall apart after one season. The cushions are uncomfortable and thin, offering no support at all. Within a few days of sitting on it, the cushions started losing their shape and became flat. The ottoman was no better — it's small, wobbly, and lacks the sturdiness you'd expect for an outdoor piece of furniture. After a week of use, the entire set started showing signs of wear, with fading colors and peeling rattan. I’ve had outdoor furniture before, and this set is by far the worst in terms of quality. It's clear this was made with cheap materials that won't hold up to the elements. I wouldn't recommend this set to anyone. Save your money and invest in something that will actually last and provide comfort. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I reached out for help after noticing the set’s issues within just a few days of use, hoping for a quick resolution or a replacement. I was met with long response times, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of urgency. It took multiple follow-ups before I even received a response, and when I did, they were completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I finally requested a replacement, I was told that it would take several weeks for processing, and even then, they couldn’t guarantee I’d get a replacement in a reasonable timeframe. The lack of transparency and communication was infuriating, and I felt completely ignored. In the end, after multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I gave up on the replacement process entirely. This company’s customer service is a nightmare — they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand altogether.
