It gets the job done. Vacuums up the pet hair and can even get in small cracks with the sweepers that a broom usually can't get to. I was watching it vacuum along the base boards and it was getting stuff out from underneath them. Wow! I like that it also knows when the battery is getting low and will automatically go back to the charging base. We have a small cabin house with not a lot of room, but it seems to navigate its way around. The catch bin fills up really quickly, especially with picking up pet hair, so I would recommend checking it after each use or sooner to dump it out. Over all, it's a good product. 👍

The vacuum is very quiet when running. It covers our areas to be cleaned thoroughly and does a great job picking up animal fur and dirt. It is slim enough to go under furniture and does a great job cleaning against baseboards. It runs for almost an hour and we use this vacuum daily. It is easy to clean. We have not used the mop feature. Overall we’ve been very pleased with this purchase.

Had Owned about six or seven past robotic vacuums past twenty five years. This is pretty much the same as from all the other robot vacuums I bought this one’s a little smaller so it doesn’t get stuck as often as the bigger ones; the bigger ones really get stuck. :( ;mop leaks so when you refill it, not as techue as the other ones, but it gets the job done. Water leaks everywhere, especially when you’re transporting it back to the ground. Cleaning process is messy but really cleans up the place. Lots of maintenance just like the other ones. Hopefully battery life is good, wish there is better way to replace battery. Water gets sucked into chamber when using mop. Be careful flipping it over because it leaks everywhere. Love how it cleans the floors really well. Price was great if you get during those 48 hour sales. :)

1. Anti bump tech is defective. It bumps into everything even when the lights are are turned on. 2. It’s hard to fill the tank with water to mop because it starts leaking immediately. 3. The docking function is dysfunctional. It takes FOREVER to dock. 4. Does a good job vacuuming especially when the app is used. 5. There was a pamphlet in my package offering an 80.00 gift card for a five star review. Not ok. 6. Battery power runs out quickly.

Worked well for a month and all of a sudden stopped working. Is giving a "left wheel obstruction" notification and spinning in a circle then shutting off. However, there is no left wheel obstruction that I can find.

I thought it was nice at first , but it keeps getting lost and stuck like under the couches and caught in a rug and under the shelves , showing scratches and the things that go around under it have already broken off , I suppose i bought it because it was cheaper and cheap it is .
