Navigation SUCKS, gets stuck and goes in circles even in an empty room, doesn't pick up all trash. I am a stickler for following instructions but still could not entirely figure out mopping function. This unit has been great for me. I did an expensive epoxy garage floor and this unit works with the smart app and does great in my garage. I put it on a night time timer and let it work. It sometimes gets stuck but that’s because the garage can be difficult to navigate. Mopping feature seems to work well for my garage floor. ... show more

This robot vac is pretty bad…. I mean I guess for the vac feature keep it, but as for mopping… pretty pointless. It has very little ability to clean more than the same 3 rows over and over … and no way to stop it from going into the rug … also isn’t able to get itself unstuck from even the smallest of hang ups. Slow response/lag in execution of remote control commands. Even on highest suction, leaves threads and crumbs on low & no pile area rugs, brushes seem to run high and fast causing crumbs and dirt to be scattered outside the vacuuming path leaving dirt behind, tends to get caught in various loops of pattern without covering entire room, mopping feature leaves Much to be desired - mop pad gets twisted up easily during use, uneven water distribution & suction leaving streaks, says cannot be used with any cleaning agents, water only ... show more

My first robo vacuum. I’m not sure what I was expecting but compared to others I seen and after reading the reviews on this I would say do not buy. Does not map house, only the living room. Strong suction it will die in 15minutes! Does not pick up everything! I have not tried the mopping and I feel it’s no reason! I moved it to my room for carpet, I could see the lines but missed spots! This Vacuum is absolutely garbage! DO NOT BUY! Has no perimeter settings and does not map the entire room to follow same history. Just circles and circles and gets stuck. Im pissed!

Does she good job sweeping and vacuuming or the floo and low pile carpet Wiil get stuck in deep pile carpet or throw rug The "mop" Is kind a a joke . It just drags a barely wet rag around. That said for the money. It good for maintence
