Built-in wireless and Wi-Fi Direct functionality lets you print directly from mobile devices and tablets. Designed with a recommended monthly print volume of up to 2,000 pages per month, a 1 GHz dual core processor, 512 MB memory, and print speeds up to 24 Letter pages per minute/ 22 A4 pages per minute the C235 is a workhorse.     • The touch screen does not work. Customer service is a bust.

The touch screen does NOT work. Trying to trouble shoot is a nightmare. Navigating their website is frustrating. For the $$ and the "Xerox" brand, this is unacceptable. I had a very hard time getting the touch screen to work the first time. Then I got a new modem and had to re-enter the wireless password and the touch screen doesn't work. I have tried trouble shooting and that is not helping. The "Chat" doesn't help. I am so disappointed. This is my first Xerox and I think I will go back to HP. I paid more for this printer bc I thought I would avoid problems like this. I will say the printing is good and it was easy to set up on my computer initially. Going online to my Xerox account was awful. I had to pull out the printer just to get to the serial number, enter it with a bunch of other info, so I could "chat" with customer support and then after entering all of this info, I got a message that said it was closed. What is the point of registering a device, only to have more inconvenience when your product is not working? ... show more

The set up of this MFP is difficult. The Scanner option does not show up on the display. I Downloaded extra scanner drivers etc. After a few hours of research, I found a setting within the software to display it. When I tried to scan to a computer, it scans the document, then prints the document scanned. I am rather proficient with simple stuff like this, but the reason for the 3 starts is Difficult setup. Other than that, the printer is very good. Down Side is Toner is ridiculously expensive. We purchased it for a small specialized job that we do not perform that often, so we use our old printer to print out emails and basic documents. ... show more

So far so good. You need to download the print driver from the Xerox website to activate the scanning. Very easy set up. I’m happy with my purchase.
