I bought this after my last HP Inkjet printer wouldn't allow me to print my tax return because cyan was low. Such a colossal waste of time and money to keep all those inkjet colors filled. And it they seemed to just half the color while "warming" up. Which took about 5 minutes. So decided on an old-fashioned laser printer. So far, I've used the scan and fax, print, and copy features. All have worked very well. The printer wakes up when you send a job to it (unlike a previous Xerox I had). The print quality is very good, even though it uses a PCL driver instead one for this specific printer. (That could be operator error - this wasn't the easiest printer to set up, but it wasn't a nightmare either. Well, other than entering the WiFi password, that got a bit frustrating.) All in all, a good product at a good price point. It would work for any house or small office that just wants a simple printer that is reliable. I would prefer that it was made in the US., but the 1980's are long gone. ... show more

I ordered this printer after my experience with using my daughter’s printer which gave me so many options. It was basically easy to setup but I could not get the fax to work. I called Xerox tech support and Renee worked patiently with me in attempting to get it working which we could not do. He figured that there was an issue with it and decided that since I had only had it a few days that he would have a replacement sent as soon as possible. I received an email the following day and two days later the replacement arrived. I then contacted tech support again and we went through setting up the fax and they even sent a test fax to ensure everything was working properly. This printer would be fine but it isnt compatible with apple ipads of any kind it will eventually print but takes forever and for a busy business ,its frustrating.

    • This is the worst printer on the planet
What did I dislike? How about the fact that it doesn’t work? Shreds paper during the printing process? Once you fix that, then you’ve got all the ink streaks on the document. It’s bulky, clunky, and is certainly not worth the price. I rarely review products but I didn’t have a choice with this. What an embarrassing product. ... show more

    • Great but toner is really expensive
My job bought me one of these and its a great all in one, BUT, And I say BUT...it sucks up toner like a $10 street walker! Wow, cartridges are like $100 bucks +, no aftermarket ones and glad work is buying because I would never buy this due to the toner issue. Even when I set for lightest gets about 800-1000 copies. I have a brother MFC that does just as good and toner is like $17.00 I use for my own stuff. Anyway if you're not buying the toner, great machine. ... show more
