    • Trouble with Envelopes
I hate to write a negative review but... • This printer wrinkles every #10 envelope I feed through it regardless of the weight. I have adjusted the software (no mechanical adjustment) for all paperweights to no avail. Tried with both heavyweight and thin envelopes and it wrinkles them all. • Had the previous model of this printer - Phaser 3260 and it printed envelopes fine. • Prints 8.5" x 11" flat sheets on both sides beautifully. • Very fustrating> ... show more

I was able to set up the printer on the wifi quickly. I can print from my desktop, laptop and i-Phone.

    • Displeased
This printer will not print lighter as the toner runs low and give you a little heads up so you can order a new one. Nor will it quit printing (even poorly) all the way until it's ACTUALLY out of toner. Oh no, it quits printing when IT DECIDES to quit printing. Nice crisp printing, then BAM! "Out of toner". Shaking the toner and putting it back in doesn't work like we used to do old school. There's no limping it along and getting those last couple of pages printed you needed for the project. The entire thing becomes a boat anchor when IT decides the toner is too low. The "starter" toner says it's good for 700 pages, but I hadn't even used an entire 500 page ream before it went out, so that was a lie. I just had to order the new toner at a cost of $107... for a $200 printer!!!!!! That's incredibly unethical and a rip-off by Xerox. I'm very displeased at the cost of the toner and the LIE about how much they'll print. I don't know how many pages I'll get from the "3,000 page" toner, but I'm betting it's going to be a lot fewer than 3,000. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Will not stay connected wirelessly. Will not print via ethernet cable, or printer cable. Tech Support is focused only on using as much technology as possible to connect a printer to the internet: phone, phone camera, then laptop, then laptop camera, and remote access. A total Xerox fail.

    • prints ok, but only one side
I bought this thinking a "Xerox" machine would be reliable. It's attached via ethernet cable right under the router, so I can't say anything about the wireless capabilities. The print quality is OK, but be prepared to pull the printer out often. It jams every time someone tries to print with duplex printing on. Unfortunately, even if this option is turned off when printing from a Windows computer, it still tries to print in duplex mode - and jams. The printer is too unreliable to get used enough to go through a toner cartridge yet. Once this one is empty, this printer is going into the garbage. ... show more

    • Xerox toner SCAM - good enough printer, for purchase point, but they scam you on toner
No such thing as low toner on this printer. Your ink never lightens. They decide how long you can use the toner for, and the printer stops printing. Cold stop. This is absolutely unethical. No more xerox products for me

Tells you to replace toner even though there's probably 80% left. I now have two basically full toners and cannot print. There's no way to reset the counter. Total scam.
