The product has the potential to be great but ultimately could have done better for me. I bought it primarily for the leg workout attachment but that turned out to be poorly designed. I will be returning it and getting a competitor's product which seems to address all my issues with this product. My recommendation, if you want a better-designed leg attachment bench, would be: 1) CETOOM MULTI-Funcional weight bench (budget option) 2) HARISON adjustable weight bench with leg extension. My experience with this product is as follows. Pros: 1) It's compact and easily stored in a closet. 2) Fully assembled It doesn't take up a lot of space 3) Good for upper body exercises such as bench press inclined and declined. Cons: 1) Product description could've been more thorough. At the time of purchase the diameter of the pole for leg extension attachment wasn't listed so I had to assume it accepted 1'' diameter weights. 2) After folding the bench up for storage it tends to open back up depending on how you brace it. Some sort of locking mechanism or restraint could prevent this issue. 3) The included resistance band is a gimmick and will provide nothing but a warm-up. It is also located where your butt should be instead of where the headrest is. 4) Lack of adjustability of the leg extension portion of the bench is a limiting factor if planning to use it. They should have made some sort of quick-release system to adjust the leg pads. Instead, you have to unscrew and then adjust the height of the pad. ( not an issue if you never plan to adjust that ). 5) Im 6ft tall and the leg extension is pretty much useless if you plan to make any major gains. The ergonomics of that section of the bench is just off if you're above an average height of 5,9''. 6) The preacher's curl pad is abysmal. I don't have big arms and I cannot do a shoulder-width preacher curl because my elbow will be in my ribs. If you however have skinny arms and do a narrow placement you'll get something out of it. 7) This machine cannot perform a leg curl which I think should go hand in hand with a leg extension attachment. This was a deal breaker for me since I had hopes I'd somehow be able to do a leg curl with this thing. I managed to do one If I removed the upper pad and preacher curl attachment, but it was very unsafe since it wasn't built for that. 8) The leg extension pad is small. I had to squeeze my legs to get my shin on that thing. 9) I'm unsure what is the max capacity of the leg extension attachment but there is no attachment to accept traditional 2" diameter weight plates. I haven't tested a 45lb plate on there but I don't think it'll fit due to the attachment's ground clearance being low This product is better off being a bench without leg attachment and it would cost less. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded bench to make serious gains at home. This product may be for you if your height is under 5,9" and you don't need a leg curl option. Overall what you see in the picture is what you get but your experience may vary depending on your plans for this product. ... show more

I was a bit “iffy” due to at the time having no reviews. It looked nice on pictures and chose to give it a chance. It came way sooner than expected in a box with 0 damage. Building time was pretty fast with good instructions. It even comes with a diagram of various exercises that can be done with the machine. All in all would definitely recommend this ... show more

I'm in the process of making a little home gym and this was a great addition. It is very sturdy and seems to be made of good quality materials. I love how it has the extra additions for leg extensions and bicep curls. My workout room is almost complete!

I'm totally happy with this bench. The back and front pads are adjustable. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. It's a great bench, especially if you want a priest pad. Very versatile!

This bench has an incline feature which gives me the angle I need for my incline bench. Leg exercises are simple to use too. Some light assembly was required but nothing too complicated.
