These are great affordable options for jawzercise. Unfortunately it started making my head look like a round melon so I had to stop. For other people I can imagine this being great to improve a jawline, just be wary of how ur head is shaped I guess cus u don’t want to look like a melon.

My son wanted these and I do not know why, but being a good father I purchased them for him. Work better then a pacifier! His jaws were sore after using them so not only did I have peace and quiet while he used them but for a good while after!!!

    • Consuming silica may cause cancer!
The CDC warns "Silica dust particles become trapped in lung tissue causing inflammation and scarring. The particles also reduce the lungs' ability to take in oxygen. This condition is called silicosis. Silicosis results in permanent lung damage and is a progressive, debilitating, and sometimes fatal disease." This product is made of silica and cracks easily. Furthermore, while chewing on these, much saliva is produced which leads to swallowing high quantities of saliva containing these micro silica particles. I bought this item because it was the cheapest I could find. Big mistake. I am already regetting it, as my body just does not feel right after only a few days of using this product.
