I love the blanket! I’ve used it multiple times. Highest heat setting is great and not too hot. You would think that it isn't hot enough, but trust that it is doing its job. The foil wraps are great. I used the blanket with the foil wrap and no clothes with no issues of it being too hot. Very relaxing and the control is awesome (my other sauna blanket had a huge control box with a short plug-in cord). The cord is long enough to plug in and operate while you are in the bag. I do wish the control was upside down so you could see it while in the bag - it faces away from you - but I just turn the control towards me. Oh, and the arm holes are a life saver! I can use my phone or laptop or even read while still keeping my upper body and shoulder fully inside the bag. I like that you can zip and unzip from inside the blanket I nearly fell asleep in it and the was a ton of water in the foil wrap too. I will hang it up in the shower to dry and reuse it a few times. You can wipe down with a damp cloth and a little alcohol, or a wet wipe. It's a great product. ... show more

This sauna blanket is so cool, it works great. I never felt any more relaxed than after using this. This blanket just like a top open sleeping bag that you can slide into and seal yourself inside. The quality of the blanket is very amazing. It's soft, smooth and comfortable. At first I was afraid it would be very rough, but it turned out to be so comfortable. The size is standard, and can fit any regular adult. Package came with the sauna blanket, storage bag, instructions and all accessories that you need for a relaxing afternoon. It's very easy to use, no tools needed, just snug yourself inside the blanket, turn it on and adjust to the mode that fits you, you can set the time limit and temperature. I tried for about 30 minutes and about 110 degrees. I felt so relaxed and great after using it, also my skin became better and more smooth.     • Sweating it out: my sauna experience at home
I used this sauna blanket three times so far. The first time, I set the temperature at 150°F, and I didn't sweat much. The second time, I set it at 170°F, and it was a bit too hot. I found it a bit unbearable after staying in for a while, and I sweated a lot. The third time, I set it to 160°F. While it was still hot, it was bearable. I used it for a total of 40 minutes, and I sweated a lot but didn't feel uncomfortable. It made my body feel refreshed, naturally relaxed, and my hands and feet were no longer cold. I had a comfortable night's sleep and woke up refreshed. Now, I can enjoy a sauna at home whenever I want, saving money and time.
