Really helps with forearm muscle building Good product

Great piece of equipment, only complaint is that it slips off the section designated to wind up the band into a spool. Is that comprehensible? Maybe I have bad form, but the rope sometimes slips away from where it is supposed to wind up, making its way to either hand, throwing off the balance of the weight. I remember using a homemade version, using a section of a broom stick, a metal loop fastened in the middle, a rope, and a carabiner to keep the weight plates from slipping off the rope. Does the same job and is an easy diy project. I like the quality and the comfort of the foam grips. Its good for people who prefer legitimate equipment rather than diy equipment, but the main appeal was the track to wind up the cable, which does NOT work as well as I had hoped.

Heavy duty and comfortable! I've even began seeing results using this with a 5lb weight and a 10lb. When I first started I couldn't do a 10 but now I'm moving along! The pic speaks for itself.

I never really considered doing direct wrist and forearm training. I started progressing in my workouts and adding more weight to the bar. I noticed pain in my left shoulder and elbow during bench presses and overhead presses. Admittedly, I had to make some corrections in my form. But, I also decided that I should improve my forearm strength and grip strength directly. Although it was a very humbling experience in the beginning, using the wrist roller has been a great addition to my forearm/grip routine. It's easy to load and the forearm pump is ridiculously delicious!

It does its job and does it well! Love that it rolls up in the center. I personally hate when the rope starts meandering to one side, so this is great!
