I have been using this stick vacuum for about a month now and wowgo makes a great vacuum. It’s light, easy to use, has a cute light on the front, does well with pet hair and is great for a small space. Thank you, wowgo, for this product. I am proud to have you not just in my home but in my family. I have included a picture of me holding it, to show others what it looks like when you hold it after using this wowgo stick vacuum for a month. Yours may be cleaner, I vacuumed up baking powder with it. Honestly that was a pretty bad idea. That’s not degrading my rating, I take ownership of that one. I do give it 4 stars because it doesn’t feel to be sturdy quality, and the battery could be better. I read an article about this vacuum and how it stacks up to a Dyson of similar design. I have seen the Dyson at a relatives house; however, most of my home is hard wood and I planned to use this for the occasional crumb, my rugs, and the small amount of carpet I have. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I had an older vacuum which I used to hit the carpet and rugs and I thought I was keeping things quite clean. After running this over the surfaces I got two full containers of debris. I was shocked to see how much it picked to that was missed by my old vacuum (which was promptly thrown away). I keep this on the wall mount and it's so easy to just break out when you make a little mess. It does great on my hardwood as well. I had an issue with a faulty battery and I contacted the company. They sent me one that day and it was delivered the very next day. It was EXCELLENT customer service. I've read that they had an issue with their battery producer and have switched who they use. Either way they made it right immediately and with absolutely no hassle. All in all I think my vacuum is doing everything that the Dyson was at my family members house and for a fraction of the cost. I have a vacuum especially just for the dog, and needed something I could use every day for those “love sprinkles” that my guy sheds all over, everywhere! I do like how compact it is. I got this last October and have used it in my studio apartment. I charged it yesterday for 5 hours and it still died on me 10 seconds after turning it on. Very unfortunate since this was an expensive vacuum that I expected to last 3 plus years at least.

I love the fact that it comes with 2 chargeable batteries that can be charged separately , and then attach to vacuum when ready to use. I also love that if you feel you might need to use the 2nd battery due to using up the first battery charge, you can just replace that with the other fully charged one. This is not likely unless you plan on running this vacuum for more than 45 minutes to an hour on full charge I also love the flexible 90° head that easily turns just with the slightest twist if your wrist. It also has a much more professionally designed head with powerful suction that you definitely notice when you go from area rug to tile floor. In addition, the lower power mode on this model is much more powerful than others I have tried . I was able to keep it on the lower power level to vacuum my entire living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms and utility room. I also have a Maine Coon cat that sheds clumps of hair and had no problem with this picki g that up on the lower power level. I still had 2 green lights displayed on the battery pack when I was finished , which shows it still had lots of power left! The head has a great design that was engineered to really flex very easily and smoothly that made my cleaning under chairs and in corners and around the floor boards. The switch for turning on and switching power levels is easily placed conveniently right at your trigger finger! 👌 Lastly, it was so quiet that my cat was not the least but nervous around it, as opposed to the last cordless! 5 plus stars on this one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕ ... show more

Updated: the company reached out and quickly replaced the whole vacuum! Great customer service. I've bought 2 of these, one for my mom and one for me. I've had mine for 8 months now and the battery has slowly been losing its ability to charge so the suction is weak. My mom's battery lasted a month until it stopped charging. This is clearly an issue with this vacuum. When it was working properly it did the job well. I have 3 small kids who leave crumbs everywhere and it picked it up no problem. I like that it has a large canister for all the crumbs getting picked up and it's super easy to clean. Just wish it lasted! ... show more

I bought this about six months ago mainly for stairs and laminate floors. It is super awkward on the stairs unless you take the floor piece off and use just the attachment brush but then it does more pushing dirt around than sucking it up. It is worthless on the litter the cats track out of their box. The litter will fall out of the vacuum head when you turn it off! And then today two pieces fell off the floor sweeper part! Let's not forget how hard it is to clean off the hair that is wound around the brush. I am very disappointed. Post Script!! Soon after I posted this I was contacted by customer service with some suggestions. One suggestion was to clean the filter (somehow I hadn't thought of this!). I did a quick vacuum of the filter just to see if it helped and it did! Cat litter made it into the waste cup instead of falling back out. The pieces that had fallen off were the little brush and a strip of plastic that goes under it that are the front of the sweeper. My husband got them back in. So maybe this little vacuum is going to make me happy after all! I was pleased with the quick customer response. ... show more

I ordered two of these to have on each floor of the house and extra batteries after my heavy Dyson upright seemed to lose suction. The first one arrived the next day no issues. Took it for a tester and performed well on carpet and tile. The second one Amazon sent me someone's return order that had almost all the parts missing, even the most important parts of the battery and handheld piece. I immediately returned it for a replacement but ended up canceling it because the frustration motivated me to go out in the garage and fix the Dyson. I will be keeping this for the downstairs and stairs. Dyson uprights are heavy and a pain to use on the stairs. Would give 5 stars if suction was slightly better and the battery lasted longer. It has the capability to charge the battery separately so I may invest in additional batteries in the future. ... show more

I ordered this vacuum about a year ago - one for me, and one for my mom. I wasn't born under a rock, so I realize you get what you pay for. It's a $100 dollar cordless vacuum people, it's not bullet proof and it certainly isn't top of the line. We just needed something for our hard wood floors and figured this might do the trick and be inexpensive at the same time. Fast forward a few months, my mom's breaks. It won't turn on. The care team walks me through some trouble shooting and we discover she needs a specific new piece. They replace it gladly. It has been trucking away ever since. Fast forward to a week ago, mine breaks at the extention shaft. I throw it away thinking it isn't salvageable. It's a $100 vacuum and it lasted a year, to be expected. I thought, what the hell. I'll message them to see if they can replace it. If not, I'll happily order a new one since I'm sure I was being too rough with it in the first place. After telling them I threw it away because it broke they replaced it ENTIRELY no questions asked. That's what I'm talking about!! Very happy with their customer care team or business model. Whichever lead them to the replacement. This vacuum is great for hard wood, easy to clean and use, and works great for your car since it's cordless.
