BLUF. AVOID PURCHASING THIS ITEM. This scooter was delivered damaged and with flaws in the scooter itself. I emailed the company and after a week they said they needed photos. I provided the pictures requested twice thru the Amazon app and the company claims they did not get pictures. I believe the company is physically located in China. The company stated if I wanted to return the scooter I had to use their carrier and pay for the return shipping and I would probably not get a full refund. Kinda sorta like taking advantage of the handicapped/elderly. I could barely get the scooter out of the box and would have had to repack and deliver the return to some unknown over-the-road trucking company. Finally, I have now used the scooter....it does not function well on any surface other than concrete or asphalt, certainly not on grass as pictured.
