I love this hot tub best investment ever. I get in it everyday. It’s true doesn’t stay very warm in winter.but it not insulated like a normal hot tub.I would totally recommend a buy again. April will be a year an I still love it

    • Nothing but trouble……
We’ve had this thing for almost a month and haven’t been able to get in it once. The wireless controller(stupid) stopped working within a day. After a week fighting with manufacturer they sent out a new one and it did nothing. Another week and they sent out the whole heater assembly. We plugged it up and it appeared to work for a day and now we’re already getting error codes. I’m writing this review right before I return this piece of frap and buy a Coleman, which is what I should have done in the beginning.     • It's been a nightmare!
Product came late and the inner bladder popped when it was barely filling with air. It's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. It was approved by the seller, but yhe big delay has been with Amazon. This type of product might not be the easiest to deal with a nonlocal company.
