Awesome Spa! It's big and the box is heavy, but it set up simply with everything in the box. Took just a few minutes to set up, 15 minutes to fill, but overnight to heat up. I expected that as my water is cold and I knew it would take some time. Stays at 94 degrees with very little energy and bumps to 102 in the evenings for use. Is perfect to relax my aching back...

We’ve had this thing for almost a month and haven’t been able to get in it once. The wireless controller(stupid) stopped working within a day. After a week fighting with manufacturer they sent out a new one and it did nothing. Another week and they sent out the whole heater assembly. We plugged it up and it appeared to work for a day and now we’re already getting error codes. I’m writing this review right before I return this piece of frap and buy a Coleman, which is what I should have done in the beginning. Our families been using those for years with no issues.

The media could not be loaded. We just set up this hot tub in our backyard and it has completely changed our evenings! The spa is super spacious — plenty of room for family or friends to sit comfortably. The jets create a really soothing bubble experience and make it feel way more luxurious than I expected for an inflatable model. Setup was straightforward (just follow the directions and let it inflate fully before filling). We’ve used it multiple times already, and it’s become our go-to way to unwind after busy days. Highly recommend this spa if you want a relaxing soak without spending a fortune on a permanent tub!

I love this hot tub best investment ever. I get in it everyday. It’s true doesn’t stay very warm in winter.but it not insulated like a normal hot tub.I would totally recommend a buy again. April will be a year an I still love it

Product came late and the inner bladder popped when it was barely filling with air. It's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. It was approved by the seller, but yhe big delay has been with Amazon. This type of product might not be the easiest to deal with a nonlocal company.
