It was alright for a few months but it gradually starts to fall apart. Since I kept a small rabbit in it, she did chew up the wood a bit. And cleaning out the hutch was kinda a hassle since the bottom trey slides out and would jam a lot of the time. The poop stuck in the gap between tray and the fence, which makes it time-consuming to clean. Also the top tray is not aligned well. I hope it has the metal mesh on the top of plastic tray to keep it clean.

LAWDY— where do I begin?! First of all, I’d give it zero stars if it weren’t for the millions of extra screws they send with the package and for how pretty it looks. However, WOWZA! What a mess this was putting together— I had to make about two dozen holes myself for the thing to fit together and even after it’s all done, I’m not even sure I’d put my sweet baby bunny in it, it’s so… unstable 😳 I let the return window lapse so that’s on me; I don’t ever write reviews and this is my very first one so I could warn you, the person reading this today! Don’t bother— it’s pretty but just like a bad date, it’s not worth putting together or fixing. Instructions were clear for the make-believe holes it had, and the tutorial video went so dang fast, he may have slipped a few of his own made-up holes, too! I had really high hopes for this, I was very disappointed. The screws and joints didn't line up, the wood split, getting the whole thing square was hard. The door clasps didn't line up either, we had to move the screws so the doors would open and close. There are notes throughout the book where you can call for a replacement if something doesn't work, thats not a good sign. What i really wanted was wire over the trays so my bunny couldn't throw its poop anymore, but that isn't the case. The bunny sits right on top of the trays with it's mess so it can still kick poop everywhere. The cute little fence on top was impossible to install, the fence itself broke and the wood kept splitting. We decided to glue it on instead. The poop stays on the rails instead of going down in the tray. ... show more
