Don't believe the nay sayers, this smoker is legit! Hold temp just fine and is accurate. I live in SE Texas and im smokin chicken and boudian in 20* weather no problem. Definitely the best purchase ive made in along time.

Does not work properly is truly a great waste on money. The instructions say a internal prode goes bad and is faulty I wish I knew that before like the manufacturer seeing how they put that in the manual

Works as expected. Lots of cleaning. I always have to clean the water tray every time I use it. I always put water in the water tray every time I cook, and meat drippings always tends fall into the tray, causing a layer of fat to build up on top of the water. It’s always best to empty and clean the water tray every time your done with the smoker, otherwise the fat is going to solidify, leaving a greasy mess to clean up later.
