Ordered for our business. It worked great straight out of the box. We tested it all throughout our warehouse and it has a good, far reach. Unfortunately I have to return it because the door bell ring/chime doesn't stop until you answer the "call." So the person rings the bell, then the walkie-talkie receiver will go DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG until you hit the "answer" or " decline" button on the receiver. Super obnoxious for us but might be great for someone else. We wanted one that the customer hits the door bell and the receiver goes, DING DONG... once! Over all, this is a great device but it's not right for us. Still recommend for other people!

This is the only device I’ve found that is fully powered and full duplex, which is very important to me, I don’t want the plug-in style, even though I only need to charge it when it’s out of power but I use it almost every day and it’s been there for over two weeks today and it still has power, great battery! And I can talk at any time just by ringing the doorbell, which is a good way to free my hands, which is different from my old unit, which requires me to press the doorbell all the time, which is inconvenient if sometimes I have to ring the doorbell all the time while carrying a lot of things on my hand. This new device completely solves this problem. It's very far away, and very easy to install, and I'll order it again. I hope my information is useful to you!

The concept of this intercom is great and when it works it’s wonderful. My experience has been less than ideal the charger stand is inconsistent and does not charge the wireless handheld walkie talkie. The charge goes in and out and the charging light will show red for a few seconds and will go blank. For the price this product should be consistent but the charging stand makes this product unbearable and non functional. Very frustrating

The product works well but did not fit in location where I wanted to install. I never installed it as I knew it would not fit, but did try it out for distance performance and it worked really well. Would I reccomend this item? Absolutely yes.

I now see this has been addressed before. I see units at half this price that work both ways communicating without the doorbell being rung. Looked on Amazon at Ownznn brand and they sell intercoms with doorbells built in them and sell for half the price of this unit and sound like they do just what I wanted. Couldn't return this unit because I modified the charging stand so it would stay in place when pulling the receiver out of it.

Purchased to allow communications with front door from upstairs. The indoor unit comes with a charging stand, which does not make contact with the charging contacts on the indoor unit (there is a USB-C charging jack, which I will use). To secure the outdoor unit / push button in the holder, there is a screw that needs to be used. The supplied screw does not make contact with the transmitter (sized wrong). I will obtain a larger screw to use for this purpose.
