Guess you could call this door bell 5G in that it's made of technology far newer than my old 25 year remote bell. Great price, and easy to install, for the most part as advertised. Only downside is low volume which has been noted in other reviews. I suspect this is caused by the mini speaker that, when plugged into the wall, has but ~1/4 inch between and the speaker output and wall. I mentioned great customer service which was because one of the three receivers I purchased was responding to a sporadic transmission with a tone other than that programmed. Immediately upon notification they sent me E-mail saying a new receiver at no charge would be sent. It arrived within 2 days. ... show more
