I bought two different styles of sunrise alarms to compare. This one was in smaller side and worked well for my 7-10 year-olds. They are deep sleepers. One still needs some prompting to get up, but the other responds well to this alarm. It gradually gets VERY loud. Some of the sounds are obnoxious. My kids like the aurora changing night light mode and they set it independently. I like that the night light can be set to turn off after 10/30/60 minutes as I want them to be unafraid before falling asleep but don’t want the light on all night interfering with the depth of their sleep. For my teens I opted for a bigger, more sophisticated model that had better sound/ aesthetic options that they liked.

I bought this alarm clock for my son who has a hard time waking up in the morning. It has multiple colors and brightness settings. It’s been very helpful for his room to get bright when the alarm goes off. So far he hasn’t overslept!

I haven't had it long. I found it impossible to figure out how to set it. Not only are the instructions confusing but the type is tiny, probably 6 point at the most. Someone else set it for me, but it doesn't work as I thought it would. I don't recommend the gurgling stream alarm for people with incontinence issues, by the way. 😵 I had it set for dawn, but the light started 1/2 an hour earlier, the alarm started at dawn, went through 2 cycles... with exactly 4 different birds repeating the same few notes over and over. Then everything turned off, including the light. I just wanted a light that would turn on at dawn, gradually lighten to full daylight and stay on. I used to wake up at dawn, but now live in a basement apartment and I'm finding it very hard to regulate my sleep. This light hasn't helped yet. Also, it's smaller than I thought it would be, and I don't need all the extra light colors and alarms. After reading my own review, I realized that I probably bought the wrong product! 🤔 If those charged with vetting these reviews have any suggestions as to a product I might want, I would really love to know about it.

This touch light is awesome! It’s perfect for late night feeds and we love that it has a clock to keep track of when we are waking.
