This 28 cm fry pan is recommended by the Norwegian national chef team. The fry pan is made out of aluminium and steel for light weight, yet durable and with excellent heat distribution. The handle is in stainless steel and stays cool during frying. Produre Extreme is a 4-layer ceramic re-inforced non-stick coating. It can endure up to 10 times more wear than most other non stick coatings in the market. And it is of course without PFOA and PFOS. Due to the stainless steel bottom, it can work on all cooking tops, including induction. The fry pan can withstand up to 260 degrees so you can easily put it in the oven for gratinating or keeping warm. EGO is designed in Norway by Wilfa and is recommended by the Norwegian National chef team.
