Almost three years of light-moderate use and I am down two bands. At first I was disappointed but then I see that they cost under $30 so I will say that I received my money's worth. Unfortunately one band broke while doing assisted pull ups so that was not fun. The other one broke on my wife and she won't speak about what happened. I wish it broke on my ex-wife so she would never speak again either but anyway... The plan was to replace this set with a 'name brand' but I think that I will just reorder this set since the other one that I was looking at was $75 for three bands. ... show more

Horrible product experience. I had the same experience that many others did: the VERY first time I attempted to use the heaviest band (red color) for band assisted pull-ups, it snapped immediately on my first rep, straight out of the box. Terrible quality bands and all of the bands had a nauseating chemical odor that immediately accosts you when you open the individually wrapped bands. The seller writes both on the product page as well as in the instruction manual that their is a lifetime money back guarantee and to "let them know if you are at all dissatisfied," yet they provide no contact information whatsoever nor make themselves available to contact through their Amazon page. Also, as just another indication of how little attention to detail the seller has put into this product: their instruction manual is absolutely riddled with spelling errors, typos, and is pretty much nonsensical. This was a complete waste of time and money, and the seller seems very shady. Strongly advise you avoid this product. ... show more
