It’s been holding up quite well. I keep mine in the garage so no sun damage or issues. Colors seem to be holding on strong! They’re easy to use and perfect for recovery or stretching or even adding resistance. No instructions are needed.

Almost three years of light-moderate use and I am down two bands. At first I was disappointed but then I see that they cost under $30 so I will say that I received my money's worth. Unfortunately one band broke while doing assisted pull ups so that was not fun. The other one broke on my wife and she won't speak about what happened. I wish it broke on my ex-wife so she would never speak again either but anyway... The plan was to replace this set with a 'name brand' but I think that I will just reorder this set since the other one that I was looking at was $75 for three bands. ... show more

Colors arrive a bit dirty/dingy looking as others described. They also were a bit stuck together and had to be unpeeled from how they'd been coiled up. However, they are not cracked/dry rotted/broken and stretch perfectly. The door hook is a really nice feature as well for doing exercises that the band needs to be secured to something else. I havent used them for pull ups yet so I can't speak to that aspect. Theyre very lightweight and easy to travel with as needed. Really the only downside is that they arent as "pretty" as advertised. ... show more

I am starting to workout at home. PT recommended that i buy some resistance bands to help as a starting base to working out and losing weight. I chose these bands because they were affordable and come in different colors for the different resistance weights. This gives great versatility when working out.. The thicker bands give a stronger resistance, and the smaller bands giver less. Just slip the one end to a door frame and you can easily attach the bands and workout from any door. ... show more

This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands. ... show more

When I first bought these, I overheard how band training could speed up muscle growth and saw someone else using these bands so I said why not and bought these. Out the box I loved them and used them I got more into heavy lifting and forgot about them. 8 months down the line, I used them for improvement on more movement I couldnt do full body weight on. I weighed 230 then, now I weigh 195 and carry these bands everywhere. MY HONEST REVIEW: the lemon is 110% worth the squeeze. I bought these in 2022 and we are in September of 2023. These all but my red band (which I use full weight and more on) IS NOW CRACKING, its not from product research or age but from use. Products are not going to last forever, especially on those products that are under 100-200% load nearly 5x weak thats impossible. Buy these if you want a durable band.
