I bought this printer after spending hours of time trying to get another, cheaper label printer from another company to work. I finally gave up in frustration and returned that one. Although this printer was about $100 more, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I should have gone with this printer from the start. It was a breeze to set up, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and in just a few minutes I was set. I did have to call in to get help to get my first label printed, but that, too, was quick and easy. Dan in support was very nice and quickly and easily resolved my issue. It was a simple calibration that only took a few seconds. I'm so glad I ditched the other printer for this one. I can tell it's high quality and so far the printed labels are crisp and clear. I highly recommend this printer. It works exactly as it should, and I am very confident now I have exactly what I need for my business.

I recently purchased this Westinghouse shipping label printer, and though set-up was easy, I was having difficulty getting it calibrated which resulted in a waste in labels. After a few tries I called customer service and left a message since it was past business hours. Imagine my surprise when Dan @ Westinghouse called me right back. He patiently and respectfully walked me through the calibration process. He was genuinely dedicated to helping me get the printer up and working as designed. The print quality is sharp and precise, ensuring barcodes and addresses are clear. I'm a happy customer! And ... those wasted labels ... Dan mailed me a free replacement roll of thermal labels!

We needed a printer for a very small use case and stumbled upon this. Figured for the price and the form factor it was better than a Rollo or a Myunbyn(?). So we took a shot and ordered one. Then we ordered two more a few weeks later. This printer is dead simple and dead easy to use. It is still early on for us so speaking to longevity is not something I can do but I can say that it is the quickest label printer from box to print that I have setup. I did run into an issue related to DHCP on my network but that actually ended up being my fault not the printer. However it does mean that I interacted with the support team and had a really good conversation with them. Very quick to the response. I gave them a few suggestions which I have seen with other printers related to being able to print a config page with button press (help trouble shoot my DHCP issue), and a few other things which they seemed to take to heart. So overall... BUY IT. Nice little printer.

Super easy to setup but I did have a slight issue aligning the labels correctly. Dan, from Westinghouse, called me back promptly and resolved my issue within minutes. He even went the extra mile to stay on the line with me while I tested a few labels. Highly recommend!

So I received this printer the other day after reading about several different brands and models. I am a Mac and UPS user, so I needed to fit those requirements and I also did not want to be locked into propriety labels. This printer checked all the boxes and also is reasonably priced. I set it up using the included flash drive, did a test print, it prints very nicely, now to try an actual UPS label. I use UPS online which as it turns out has a more complicated label printing system known to man, I spent hours trying different things but still could not make it format the labels correctly. I did what I rarely do and called for tech support expecting the worst. My call was quickly answered by a fellow named Daniel, he spent some time with me and we tried a few different things that got it better but still not right, he admitted that although he is good with the printer, he is not much of a Mac guy but he put me in touch with another fellow that was fantastic and got me up and running in minutes. I rarely write reviews but customer service is such a thing of the past that it's worth my time to write this as they really are great to work with!

I replaced my ancient Zebra 4x6in label printer with this Westinghouse model on Tuesday afternoon. I was initially disappointed Amazon couldn't get me the new Westinghouse one here until Thursday, but decided it was worth it to wait for a good brand and a model that had such good reviews. This does not disappoint, folks. I had mauled the Amazon person and installed this printer in less than 5min... printing off 4 4x6 labels from my Etsy shop within exactly 1min from there. Easiest set up for a printer I've ever experienced. This doesn't require any kind of software to run a print through first and works with Etsy and UPS so far for me. Highly recommend!

I purchased this printer and while it was easy to set up, I had issues calibrating the labels. I called Westinghouse on a Saturday afternoon and left a message not expecting a call back but within 2 hours Daniel called me and helped me resolve my issue. He also gave me some additional helpful tips which were greatly appreciated. I am super impressed with the excellent support and look forward to using my label printer.

The printer works great with eBay labels, but you do have to change your eBay settings to fit the label. Support was able to help me with this, and it was great! I was really impressed with the support guy! Thank you!
