I have bought plenty of backup drives so i have plenty of spare plugs but if this is your first be warned. it comes with a few different outlet plug head just not the US outlet. For the money was worth it for me.

Yeah, not sure what other reviewers experienced, but mine came with US plugs, good deal. Hard drives make noise. It is a hard drive.

1) The external gives 10.9 TB. 2) The USA adapter does NOT come with it, although it was advertised. 3) Takes forever to install the included software. As of writing this, I am on 13%, which was started installing 30 minutes ago. 4) The price is unbelievably high. 5) Tech support (to try to get the USA Adapter is a joke!) I had to go to the DG Store to buy a multiple adapter. All in all, I should had just bought a crap load of the smaller, portable drives. ... show more

Package comes with 2 types of plugs AND a US adapter. So if you live in the US, attach the UK plug, THEN plug that into the US adapter. No need to buy another AC power adapter.
