The overall build quality seems good. the crisper trays seem to hold up after 3 washes and uses. easy to use settings. and have yet to use the presets.

Update - The first one was defective/wouldn't open fully..second one I had to yank really hard..to open..thankful they sent a replacement! (The door won't open...it only opens 1/3 of the way.. happened 2x...now I have to return both of them..so sad)

this cooks your food beter than a deepfryer chicken pork chops has a good natural taste and the seasonings you put on your food really stand out better than cooked in a deepfryer
