As long as you know this will dye your hair black, go ahead and use it.I mixed it correctly, one part dye to 2 parts Demi developer. Left it on for only 15 minutes as suggested. Medium Neutral Brown made my hair jet black .Have washed it 5 times so far,and it still is black.

I ordered medium ash brown and the result was almost black. I used #10 developer. First time I used a demi. One month later and still very dark.

    • Great product, Dark shade upon application. Because it will get lighter after multiple washing.

Like the color, and appearance. Did not use any conditioner, that would weigh it down. Very pleased, will buy again. Shorter hair will get two uses per tube. After mixing with a # 10 Developer. 20, minute wait time.

These are the immediate results after dying my hair. I've been coloring my hair for years for grey coverage. And have ALWAYS used Wella demi 3N. I bought a 3N and the package looked different. The color was much lighter. But, the insert stated that Wella has a "new formula" and to "trust the process". And that the end results were still the same color. LIARS!
