Just as described, nice quality, no plastic odor. Got this as my shoulder troubles are terrible trying to sleep. It's nice and soft and keeps me elevated perfectly. I do somehow, slide downward a little on it during the night but the cushion itself doesn't move at all. The half round pillows are very good for added neck and arm support. The adjustability is well thought out. I expect there are some movies on the couch in its future! I'm quite pleased!

I'm in a love/hate relationship with this pillow. I need this for back support in bed when reading or journaling on the floor. For that, it's great 👍🏼. The problem is, that when I use it's handle to move it on and off the bed, it never stays together! It's very frustrating to have a handle to lift it up but the bolsters fall off half way or all the way sometimes. That to me negates having a "convenient" handle for portability if I'm constantly having to scoop the bottom piece up too or pick it up off the floor. It's large, so to pick it up and have something fly off of it (top or bottom) doesn't make it convenient or safe (make sure you aren't lifting or swinging it near your coffee or anything fragile)! The issue with the bolsters seems to be a combination of poor quality velcro, and the segments of fabric the velcro is on are ill fitted. Too big (long) so it says off. (Not a problem when you're sitting still, just moving it.) But, that also causes a problem because the velcro gets stuck to things on the bed because it's loose fitting. Bottom line is it's firm and works for my back, a good size/height, width, and material inside is strong enough to hold my back and head up. I appreciate the 2 positions (the pocket doesn't seem useful to me at all, never tried it, but it's so small and tight fitting I can't imagine what I would put in it). The color fabric is microfiber, I'm not a fan but a lot of people like it and it does look nice and it is very soft. The color gray is perfect. All in all, after months using it, I dropped a star and updated my review. BUT I'd probably buy it again for the price point (still high but others are outrageously expensive) and due to successful usage for the problems I was having. Just wish those velcro tabs were better sized and stayed on.

This was an absolute must after cervical spine surgery. I have a two level disc replacement (C5-6 and C6-7) and out side of sleeping in the recliner this was how I was able to easily transition to sleeping back in my bed again. The foam is so comfortable, it’s just firm enough to stabilize you but soft and moldable via the high quality memory foam used. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat. Since surgery I have to sleep with my neck brace on, and the foam accommodates well for that. I’ve slept soundly every night I’ve had it. I also love how I can move the pieces around based on what position best fits my needs. Honestly, look no further, this is a game changer, and worth every penny spent.

Bough this for my bf who is having jaw surgery. I tested this out and I really like the pilow it’s firm but not too firm my head still sinks in a bit while holding me up. It’s easy to set up and adjust. My issue is the velcro pillow attachment. The side of the main pillow has 2 Velcro spots. In my opinion it should have Velcro all along the side so I can adjust the support pillow to my desired angle. Maybe I don’t want to sit all the way up but halfway up. The Velcro on the support pillow (the half cylinder) sticks to the fabric on the side of the main section which is great but removing it causes damage to the material. By adding more Velcro and a durable fabric that won’t rip this pillow would be 5 stars

The different ways you can turn it to make it functional for yourself is amazing. The design is great it is super sturdy for great support.
