WOW this pillow!!! I can’t say enough good things about it. I was skeptical at first because I have another one very similar! I wake up with severe neck and shoulder pain all of the time because I am a side sleeper. My old pillow just wasn’t helping! I received this pillow and I’ve slept on it for three nights in a row… lo and behold, not one ache or pain in my upper or lower neck! The pain is gone. The support is amazing, I kept it at its full capacity because I like a higher pillow with more support. It is not too high or thick, it cradles my neck and head perfectly. It is firm, but also very soft and comfortable! You definitely don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a brick, as with my other pillow. It does come with a great pillowcase with a smooth zipper, but I’ve chosen to put my own pillowcase on top! I’m going to buy one for my husband now to see if he gets the same support that I do. I think what makes this one better than my old one is the material and the shape. They’ve mastered this pillow. The first picture is my new pillow that I’m reviewing/the second one is my previous pillow that I’ve owned for a while…and you can tell the difference between the two instantly! GET THIS PILLOW, I promise it won’t disappoint!!!

I bought this to relieve neck pain and have been using it for the past few months. It’s a fairly comfortable pillow but it hasn’t decreased my pain when I wake up in the morning or provided better sleep quality but the instructions that come with the pillow state that you can email the company for a free 100-night trial and they’ll also send you a free foam lift to make the pillow higher if requested. I tried this for about 90 days and it wasn’t helping me. I emailed them back and they gave me the option to ship it back, or refund me 80% and keep the pillow. I ended up accepting the latter. While it’s not my perfect pillow, it’s a good one to have in the rotation while I figure out a long term solution. All that to say, you can’t lose here by trying it out. I’m incredibly happy with the customer service - they were super helpful and quickly replied to all my questions.

I slipped my C5 disc doing CrossFit six years ago. If you’re reading this and you’ve experienced a cervical disc injury, you know how painful it can be. For the last six years, I’ve lived with near-constant pain — shooting pain from my neck up into my head, down my arm, and numbness in my arm. I’ve tried multiple pillows over the years and never found one that truly helped or gave me consistent relief. About six weeks ago, I slept wrong and had a major flare-up. It was almost as painful as the original injury. That’s when I decided it was time to try something different. This pillow caught my attention because of its contour shape, the way your head rests in it, and the height options. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. For the first time in six years, I have real relief. The improvement was noticeable the very first morning. I did rest more and limited exercise to walking during the flare-up, but I genuinely credit most of my recovery to this pillow. For reference, I am 5’11”, 185 lbs, with broad shoulders. Pillow height and firmness matter a lot for me. I am a side sleeper, and this pillow supports my neck perfectly. It keeps my spine aligned and fills the space between my shoulder and the mattress exactly the way it should. I have never had a pillow support my neck like this one. The foam is firm but still soft and comfortable. The contour design cradles your head without feeling suffocating. The edges allow space for your hands and even provide light wrist support. It truly feels engineered for comfort. It also stays cool throughout the night — I have not once woken up feeling overheated. I’ve even started sleeping on my back more because it feels so natural and supported. I sleep through the night now instead of constantly adjusting pillows to get the height right. Before this pillow, I would wake up in intense pain. Now, after six weeks, I wake up nearly pain-free. I can turn my neck comfortably. I’ve started light jogging and weights again. My neck genuinely feels like it is healing. I also want to mention the vendor support, which was outstanding. When I first opened the pillow, I thought it might not be tall enough. The instructions mentioned that if you needed additional height, you could request an insert. I emailed the company at 10:00 pm on a Sunday. They responded within 30 minutes, asked for my invoice and address, and sent the insert at no charge. The insert added about an inch of height — and that inch made all the difference. Installation was simple. I even included a photo comparing it to my old pillow. The extra height completely transformed the support. This pillow was not expensive, especially considering the relief it has provided and the quality of sleep I’m now getting. After years of pain, I had accepted that I might just have to live with it. I’ve seen too many people have poor outcomes from surgery and didn’t want to go that route. This pillow has given me hope that my pain can significantly improve — maybe even resolve. If you have a cervical disc injury and are struggling to find relief, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try.

Amazing how this crazy looking pillow helps me sleep! I was skeptical at first but gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. Takes a little getting use too (4-6) days I’d say but once I realized how much better I felt with a good night solid rest I am hooked. I’m a 72 yr old active Nana & a back/side sleeper and hubby says I don’t snore but the reason I bought this pillow was bc I was tossing & turning all night and my neck starting hurting after a bumpy boat ride and I’ve never had neck issues before this pillow has helped me 100%. Highly recommend ! Wish I could buy silk pillow cases for it. It is a little firm but it’s not the old fashion type pillow. Sounds crazy but it puts me in a quiet meditative mode when my head is in the lil cradle!! My neck issues are gone and I’m sleeping all night 8-9 hrs. Buy it! You will be glad you did.

I had been using the same old foam pillow for seven years and honestly thought waking up with neck pain was just a normal part of life. This pillow completely changed my perspective. I have hEDS, so my neck is very unstable and goes out of place easily. I was honestly nervous to switch pillows because every time I’ve used a different one while traveling, I’ve woken up in excruciating pain and could barely move my neck. Because of that, I was pretty skeptical that any pillow could actually help. After just one night with this pillow, I woke up without neck pain for the first time in over a decade. I couldn’t believe it. The pillow has great support without feeling too firm, and it’s not so flat that your head sinks straight through it. It keeps my neck in a comfortable, neutral position all night. The quality also feels really nice—it seems well made and has held its shape. Everyone is different, but if you’ve been dealing with neck pain or have been hanging onto an old pillow like I was, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.

For a while I was having so much pain in my neck! I was switching out my pillows to big ones, little ones, and flat ones to see if I could find any pain relief. Then I came across this pillow. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I honestly thought something was wrong with me because I was still experiencing neck pain with this pillow for 2+ weeks straight! I even took out the extra bit of foam to adjust the height but that honestly didn't do anything. I also found it difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep in. This pillow forces you to sleep on your back because the side parts are very stiff at first. I also have problems with my arms while I sleep. I've noticed that I like folding my arm and resting my cheek right on it (kind of like a baby...this is the best way to describe it) but it leaves my arm completely dead. This pillow is supposed to help you with that because of the curves but I found it to be ineffective. I wish the curve was deeper so I could put my arm in deeper. Despite all of these issues and after using the same pillow for months, I've finally adjusted to it! My neck pain is completely gone, and I find myself falling asleep lying on my back now. I don't think I would use another pillow again. However, I'm starting to notice my pillow is getting super soft now. I've even been able to sleep on my stomach with it (which tells me it's beyond soft now). I don't know if this will affect the support it gives me in the long run. Overall it's a good pillow, but I did NOT like how long it took me to adjust to it! It was definitely painful!!
