I typically wake up with a sore neck and have tried so many pillows. This is definitely the first pillow that I can remember that has completely made me feel more comfortable instantly and have woken up without neck pain. The grooves fit my neck better and the softness is just right. It’s thicker on one side so if you need a better adjustment, just flip it over. It was ready to go out of the box and mine didn’t even have a smell which was nice. I was confused at first on why it didn’t come with a pillow case but realized its in a removable case that really just looks like it’s attached to the pillow, so it’s nice that it is machine washable. I do wish the color wasn’t white because it makes it look like it doesn’t have a case. Regardless, it’s a great pillow and I would definitely buy another one.

Initially I thought I would give this weird shaped pillow a try but OMG, I am so glad I did. I love this pillow and here are a couple reasons why: 1) I am a back and side sleeper and this pillow can fit both needs. It is so hard to find a pillow that can fit both those needs because side sleepers need to relief the pressure from the shoulders so they need more stuffing. And back sleepers need less stuffing because their neck needs to be straight and not curved. And this pillow nailed it for both these needs. I have been searching high and low for a pillow that works for me and I even bought some expensive pillows that didn’t work. 2) this pillow contours to your neck, shoulder, head. It is all around protecting your spine by keeping your head and your neck on the right position in the middle. It took me a couple nights to get used to this pillow because when I sleep I move all over with my pillow but this one will keep you in same position. 3) I have been sleeping, and waking up much better since I started using this pillow. I have no neck and shoulder pain. Totally worth the money. If you are thinking about it, just buy it.

I was in need of this Pillow a loooong time ago! My old pillow was causing neck stiffness for awhile now and I thought it was just me sleeping in the incorrect position (side sleeper) but I was wrong. As soon as this arrived I used it the same night and from then on, I did not suffer from neck stiffness anymore. GET IT! I sleep much better now and is really cooling, no real smell and it is very comfy, easy to use. My head fits just right, it doesn't even weigh as much.

I've been sleeping with memory foam pillows for a few years and wanted to try this pillow to see if it could be better. I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I've been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well.... the answer is YES! It's a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it - and I hate to say this - I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool.... and I'm NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can't believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back.... and that's how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I've had a great nights sleep. ~~~~ Calling it an "ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support" pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is - IMO - fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully. ~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It's obvious that when I go to sleep, it's a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to 'toss or turn' though out the night. I haven't. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this "indention" on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and 'hug' it. Not so easy, if there's a trick to 'hugging' my pillow, I haven't figured it out yet. But that's minor compared to my sound sleep. ~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don't feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase.... especially if I'm turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably. ~~~~ Complaints are very minor compared to what a great pillow this is for me. But for those very minor reasons, giving this pillow 4-stars.
