I suffer from cervicogenic headaches. If you have to google that, I’m happy for you. If not, buy this now. I waited a couple of weeks to review, as I’ve bought ergo pillows of all shapes, sizes & materials, only to realize they were actually making matters worse. But this one is different. VERY different. The day it arrived was actually a bad headache day. I was struggling to clock in to work. I had iced my neck multiple times, tried going back to sleep to see if it would readjust, and all the other tricks to minimize it. It wasn’t letting up. Once the pillow was opened up & fairly fluffed up, I figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a quick test. The moment I lay down I sighed in relief. I felt my neck shift and even my back and shoulders released some of the tension I was carrying. I dozed off for a few minutes and when I got up, the pain was already lessened. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t experienced it. That said, it did take a week or so to sleep comfortably, as I needed to adapt my sleep habits a bit to remain well-positioned, but now it’s literally a pleasure to put my head on it and close my eyes. I even took it with me when I was going to spend the night at a friend’s house, which I’ve NEVER done before. And slept well in a really uncomfortable bed. 😉 (TIP: To reduce the chemical odor quickly, after my initial test I took off the cover and liner & threw them in the wash, leaving the foam open to the air until bedtime.) The only issue I’m having now is that I sleep hot, and with so much of my face in contact with the pillow, it can get pretty warm at times. I’d love to see them offer a fitted cover with cooling gel to alleviate the heat retention. But seriously. Buy this pillow.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this pillow deserves a standing ovation (and maybe a national holiday). I’ve tried every “ergonomic” and “orthopedic” pillow under the sun, but this one? This one actually delivered. I’m a side sleeper who occasionally flips to my back like a confused pancake, and this pillow supports me no matter how I land. Relief from Night One. Period. I felt the difference immediately. No more waking up with a stiff neck or that weird shoulder crunch. After just three nights, my shoulder tension was basically gone. I’m sleeping deeper, longer, and waking up without needing to do a full-body stretch routine just to function. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best I’ve slept in years! I genuinely wish I’d had this pillow my whole life. It’s like it knows exactly where my neck and spine need support and just… delivers. 🐶 Nugget-Approved! My dog Nugget, who has never shown interest in anything that isn’t food or squirrels, has now claimed one of these pillows as his own. He literally snores on it. Not posed. Not staged. Just pure, blissed-out dog snoozing. I had to order more because my kids tried to steal mine too. Now every human and fluffy friend in the house has one. If you’re a side or back sleeper, have neck or shoulder tension, or just want to sleep like a pampered golden doodle named Nugget, this is THE pillow. Don’t wait. Your spine (and possibly your pets) will thank you. Seriously. I already bought six. Might buy more just in case they ever stop making them.

Got one of these for my husband who always has trouble finding pillows that don’t give him neck pain after his current contour pillow was no longer supportive. It was originally too low for him, so we emailed customer support to get the extra pad they mention in the listing. They confirmed my info and sent it right out! Pleasantly surprised! Meanwhile, when he got the pillow, I laid my head on it and liked it also. So, I bought one too. I’d been looking for one of these shaped contour pillows, but the ones I’ve tried have been too high for my tiny head. I’ve always had to make it work with differently shaped pillows by adding/folding extra pieces or cutting parts off, because nothing has ever been supportive enough for my neck but still work with my head shape. This pillow works perfectly for me as is, and I’m so freaking happy about it. It’s supportive but softer/slightly lower than other versions of these. I haven’t needed to add or subtract the pads since it works as is for me.

I've recently been waking up with headaches, sometimes debilitating ones. Prior to these arrivals, headaches were blissfully rare for me as I would get just one or two mild headaches a year. These new ones were bangers. I tried hydration, stretching, decongestants, and more, and nothing helped. This pillow helped. I just woke up with a short-duration mild headache instead. I knew I had chosen well last night when I laid down and my head, neck, and shoulders were in alignment. I just settled down into the pillow and the bed without feeling the need to readjust. My only reason to reduce a star is that this pillow is nobody's idea of a queen size pillow. It is a standard pillow. The size does not take away the functionality for me, but it should not be represented as a queen size pillow.
