I slipped my C5 disc doing CrossFit six years ago. If you’re reading this and you’ve experienced a cervical disc injury, you know how painful it can be. For the last six years, I’ve lived with near-constant pain — shooting pain from my neck up into my head, down my arm, and numbness in my arm. I’ve tried multiple pillows over the years and never found one that truly helped or gave me consistent relief. About six weeks ago, I slept wrong and had a major flare-up. It was almost as painful as the original injury. That’s when I decided it was time to try something different. This pillow caught my attention because of its contour shape, the way your head rests in it, and the height options. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. For the first time in six years, I have real relief. The improvement was noticeable the very first morning. I did rest more and limited exercise to walking during the flare-up, but I genuinely credit most of my recovery to this pillow. For reference, I am 5’11”, 185 lbs, with broad shoulders. Pillow height and firmness matter a lot for me. I am a side sleeper, and this pillow supports my neck perfectly. It keeps my spine aligned and fills the space between my shoulder and the mattress exactly the way it should. I have never had a pillow support my neck like this one. The foam is firm but still soft and comfortable. The contour design cradles your head without feeling suffocating. The edges allow space for your hands and even provide light wrist support. It truly feels engineered for comfort. It also stays cool throughout the night — I have not once woken up feeling overheated. They responded within 30 minutes, asked for my invoice and address, and sent the insert at no charge. The insert added about an inch of height — and that inch made all the difference. Installation was simple. I even included a photo comparing it to my old pillow. The extra height completely transformed the support. This pillow was not expensive, especially considering the relief it has provided and the quality of sleep I’m now getting. After years of pain, I had accepted that I might just have to live with it. I’ve seen too many people have poor outcomes from surgery and didn’t want to go that route. This pillow has given me hope that my pain can significantly improve — maybe even resolve. This cervical pillow has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, but since using it I wake up pain-free and feeling much better. It was very comfortable at first and then after a few months not as comfortable but I think it has to do my neck issues that have flared up. When I was using it at first it was amazing. No neck pain! I have a cervical fusion so this was such a relief. I like that you can adjust it to your needed height. All in all I think it’s a unique pillow and can offer much relief from neck pain and help one get a good night sleep.

This neck pillow is the perfect balance , incredibly soft and comfortable while still giving my neck the support it needs. Thanks to this pillow, I was able to manage my shoulder pain really well that was caused due to an injury doing a DIY. This is the most comfortable and supportive pillow I have ever used my entire life! I have herniated disks in my neck and spinal stenosis. I always wake up with pain and headaches. Have tried other cervical pillows, but this one is the best! I highly recommend. I sleep on my back and side and it allows support in both positions. It also fits inside a standard pillow case. After using the first night, I woke up with no pain or headache. Problem is, I don’t want to get up it’s so comfortable! I never give reviews , but wanted to share this. Definitely worth trying!

I bought this to relieve neck pain and have been using it for the past few months. It’s a fairly comfortable pillow but it hasn’t decreased my pain when I wake up in the morning or provided better sleep quality but the instructions that come with the pillow state that you can email the company for a free 100-night trial and they’ll also send you a free foam lift to make the pillow higher if requested. I tried this for about 90 days and it wasn’t helping me. I emailed them back and they gave me the option to ship it back, or refund me 80% and keep the pillow. I ended up accepting the latter. While it’s not my perfect pillow, it’s a good one to have in the rotation while I figure out a long term solution. All that to say, you can’t lose here by trying it out. I’m incredibly happy with the customer service - they were super helpful and quickly replied to all my questions.

I gotta admit, I was skeptical of all the positive reviews for such a low priced pillow, but i was proven as to why it was so. When I tell yall, after sleeping on this pillow one night, the pain in my neck? Completely gone. I was baffled. I will admit it was hard to adjust to the pillow, especially bc I've been sleeping in such a bad position all these years (side sleeper with an arm under the pillow) it felt weird not sleeping that way. But honestly, I'll force myself to get used to it. Its been almost a week since I've had it, and I'm still waking up without any pain. The difference is night and day. The support for my neck and shoulders is perfect. Its a really firm pillow but honestly, I love it since I'm not sinking in like my old pillow. There was slight odor on the first day but I dont smell it at all anymore (I probably should've washed the cover before using it but I was too excited lol) From a person with terrible neck pain, get the pillow. You wont regret it. I'll update this review if I ever feel otherwise!
