Works as it should. Boyfriend just had spine surgery and it helps him getting him in the right position in bed. Helps him to get out too. Saves my back from trying to lift him at the shoulders to straighten him! The piece that goes between the box springs and mattress has a strap to go to the other side of the bed frame,but that means you have to take the mattress off to get it over there. I don't have room to take the mattress off and by myself. I was brought up to think and improvise. I ended up getting the longest zip ties I had from my garden box. I then zip tied the legs to the bed frame. Just needed a small gap to get the end through. Done and sturdy! ... show more
