I really tried to give this thing a fair chance, but night after night, I was throwing it off the bed and going back to my old pillows. There's really only cons here: 1. It doesn't prevent my shoulder / arm from falling asleep. This was the main reason I bought it, and it failed miserably, I might even say made the problem worse . 2. It's fairly uncomfortable, and hard to keep your body in the right position. 3. The body pillow is heavy and hard, and extremely difficult to fall asleep on, as your face just gets all squished up and inhibits your breathing. It's also nearly impossible to roll over in the middle of the night, as it wraps around you and the material will stick to your covers. You would have to have should silk covers to make it even halfway convenient to flip. 3. Even without using the included body pillow, I still wasn't comfortable, and my arm still feel asleep. 4. I have no idea how to return it, as it was vacuum packed into the box, and i tried it for nearly a month before finally giving up. Now I don't know what to do with it, aside from throwing it in the trash or giving it away, as it takes up a huge area in my bedroom. 0/5 stars.

I feel compelled to leave a review for this products because I was hesitant to purchase because of the hefty price tag and not many favorable reviews. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! I suffer from jammed shoulders which have bothered me while sleeping for YEARS!!!! This pillow solved all my problems; the achy shoulders in the a.m., the falling asleep arm problem at night, my aching hips AND my snoring problem!! The first night I used it I woke up feeling so refreshed because I actually slept well!!! For the first time in so very long!! I super love the body pillow that comes with it, I'm not sure how I lived without it for so long! The only downfall of the product is the size. Its BIG (and heavy) !! We have a queen sized bed and now are going to have to get a king size because my husband says he barely has enough room! Oops! Totally worth it though!! For reference I am 5' 5" , 140lbs. The wedge pillow fits my body length perfectly. EDIT: 6 months later the foam started breaking down in the wedge causing me lower back issues. SAD. It *was a dream come true....now its just a useless $200. pillow. I do still use the body pillow, which helps slighty with my shoulders, however, for the price i paid i expected to get more than 6 months use out of the wedge. Back to jammed shoulders, but a painfree lower back.

Didn’t like the wedge. It was uncomfortable and made my back ache worse than ever. My shoulder felt better though 🙄. So why give it 4 stars? OMG! I LOVE the horse shoe pillow!! I gave the wedge as a gift to a friend who wanted to try it and kept the pillow for myself. I’m obsessed with this pillow! It’s so comfortable and I can snuggle with it!

I've slept with a wedge for a while, but my shoulder was an issue when I side-slept. I saw this promoted by an influencer that gives honest reviews, and while the price made me hesitate I decided to try it. First impression was mixed. I love the idea of the large opening to put my arm through, with the gaps in the side for stretching out my arm. The bean shaped pillow to fill in the hollow- it works but its not really convenient/ only works as a filler, not a pillow, could not make it work while also putting my arm through the opening. I have adapted with a cheap regular pillow that smooshes enough to do both. The body pillow. I am extremely disappointed with it. I am a 5'9" woman, and this thing is way too big for me to deal with. Not the length, but the circumference. I can't rest my head on it, can't tuck it between my knees, and its so unwieldy that trying to turn over becomes an entire production. Its also shockingly heavy! Having used this for several months now, it has been helping my shoulder, and I'd still recommend the wedge part of this, but not the whole system and not for this price. I have found a use for the body pillow, however. As its filled with shredded foam, I've been using it to make my own pillows and plush toys!

Update: well...that changed quickly. It must have been Murphy's Law that I write a review and then immediately regret my purchase. I ended up returning this. My shoulder pain migrated to my hip because of the weird angle of trying to sleep. The other issue I had was in the night I was sliding downwards and kept waking up with a massive wedgie. I just ended up deciding to return because I don't want to fight with this. Medcline...you have a good product but humans are not meant to sleep at an angle with pressure being put on their hips. We also wear pajamas to bed and sometimes sliding down at night is no fun. Lastly...you need to have covers that are cooling material available when you order rather than having to purchase separately. I'm calling a chiropractor to address my back pain. Initial review: Suffer from shoulder pain? Snore? Acid reflux? Want to sleep more comfortably? Add to cart! Do it! I managed to injure my already hurting shoulder further, and bought this to give some releif. Boy did i ever underestimate this sleep system. This is not just a special pillow. it's a whole body support system for those who sleep on their sides. Secondly, I'm also recovering from surgery on my head, and can only sleep on my left side - this system has been an absolute game changer for my recovery. I am sleeping better, not achy or crabby in the morning, and I just feel better. The only downfall I can find is (which is why I give 4 stars and not 5), the cover generates heat and I get warm at night while sleeping. I really dont want to spend another $50 on a cooling cover at this time. They should make that an option when you order. I'm going to make my own cover using some extra sheets that I have laying around.
